    Ever since the update, the batteries never show that they’re fully charged despite charging for HOURS?!

    Before the update I had to close the app and reopen frequently because the pumping time wouldn’t show up. With the new update, my battery life is not reading right, the amount of time I’ve been pumping keeps screwing up, and hopefully just a coincidence but the suction seems messed up on one side now. I rely heavily on the app when I pump for timing but now I can’t do that because it’s inaccurate

    I loved the new update but the app never works now! It always says “there was a problem updating your session info” so it won’t log any of my sessions. Hopefully this gets fixed soon!

    Pumps are great but I’ve tried for HOURS now to pair my brand new Willow Gos to the app and nothing is working. It just says they’re disconnected and that the battery is dead. Cycled my Bluetooth, forgot the devices, did a hard reset on the pumps and deleted and reinstalled both Willow apps, and charged the pumps overnight. Still nothing works and you have no clue what settings you’re pumping at. Again, the pumps are great, it’s just a shot in the dark as far as your settings. Luckily the pumps shut off after 25 minutes, so you don’t have to worry about that at least.

  • What’s the point?

    The app is not very helpful. The recent update to log history and ounces pump never works! The page always state “no session recorded” even right after I pump. The app also appears as if my pumps are not connected but yet I can control my pumps through the app…
    I would also JUST take my pumps off the charger and the app will show my pumps not fully charged. It makes no sense!

    Ever since the new update the app no longer recognizes my pumps when I’m using them, so it doesn’t even realize I’m pumping half the time. And now it never says my batteries are fully charged, and it’ll show the batteries always have a low charge to them on the app.

  • Recent update

    Recent update added new feature of tracking pump volume. This is nice but it killed my battery life!! Please go back! I went from getting about 4 pumps on a full charge to 2. I’m an Rn and don’t have time to charge in the middle of my 12 hour shift.

  • Pointless

    I was so excited to get these and thought the app was a really cool feature. Well , I’ve used these 5 times now and couldn’t tell you. My willow gos will not pair to this app. I have tried 10 times to re-pair, and it won’t work, regardless of following the re-pair directions on the app. App is absolute trash.

    Finally! An update that allows you to see your pumping history and log the volume that you pump. I am exclusively pumping and always forget the last time I pumped so this is helpful. Thank you!

  • Terrible app

    I do u know why they don’t work on it. They’ve received so many bad reviews and a ton of feedback.
    App hangs in between sessions. There’s no display in the actual pump so there’s no way of knowing how much time you’ve been pumping for. There’s a definite lag before switching modes/speed.
    I’m frustrated as I’m pumping right now.
