Not working
My app always says “ready to pump” but never allows me to start the timer. Essentially I can do nothing at all with this app.Holl_99

Confusing that there are TWO willow apps. I have the willow go. I downloaded the wrong app to begin with since I just searched on the App Store. This app basically does nothing helpful. Very frustrating. I can’t tell what level the pump is operating at because there is no display and hoped this app would help. It doesn’t, and you can’t use the app to control it either. The app is pointless. It never pairs and I can’t even stop my pumps or change the settings from the app as those options are greyed out. The main purpose of a pump app should be to track how many ounces you’re pumping. I also have the Elvie and mostly use that pump strictly because their app is amazing which is a shame because I have no issues with my Willow pump itself. Do better Willow!
The pumps are amazing! This app is horrible. They released the most basic and buggy app. For such an expensive product, the app should be so much better. I constantly have issues getting my pumps to connect, there is no way to store your pump session settings, you can’t see previous pumps or track collection volumes, it’s all so disappointing. I hate that I have to manually increase the expression level each time I pump and it often doesn’t even recognize my touch on the screen. Even just allowing users to store pump session settings would be a huge win.Show lessElizabethLK

It’s disappointing how bad the app is, because the pumps themselves are awesome and have set me free from the confines of pumping while attached to an external motor. The app itself is extremely slow to connect to my pumps, and often takes over a minute to update to the most recent session. Agree with other users that it would be great to have a history of pumping sessions as well as the ability to log the amount of milk produced from each pump at each session. Would also be nice to have a reminder to buy new parts based on how much the pumps are actually used. The site recommends every 3 months—well obviously that’s different for someone who pumps once a day versus someone who exclusively pumps. So many improvements could be made to this app that would make it an absolute front-runner in the pumping market. Willow, please do better for us! Of all people, moms deserve it!Show lesscourtlwal

As much as everyone states that the app could be better, inputting oz, tracking oz etc. (to which I AGREE) The least this app can do is work! At least with the previous version I could see the last time I pumped and utilize the controls for suction. This new update is worthless. Doesn’t update time- doesn’t load. At this point I’m just going to delete the app bc there’s no use. Customer care can’t fix, I guess all I can do is wait for the “next” update to try again.Show lessRoxC3141

I never leave app reviews but this is by far the worst app I’ve had to deal with. For as much as these pumps cost the least they can do is fix the app features. It takes long for previous pump times to load and for the current session to come up. The only purpose of the app is to start/adjust the current pump session. It does not keep a log of previous sessions and this is a huge disappointment for mothers— especially when we do so much and have to think back to specific pump and feeding times.Show lessJaefrisco

I am happy for the update where it tells you the last session, that is very helpful in certain circumstances and bumps my review from 3 to 4 stars. One thing I wish they would address in both the Willow go and Willow apps is allowing more than one pair of pumps to be associated with the app. Why not? I have two sets of the Willow Gos in case the battery is shot on one when I need it. Unfortunately, one set ends up being just a basic functioning portable pump without any guidance on suction level or mode from the app which leaves a lot of guesswork.
