PC Portal Worked App did Not

Successfully logged on to the PC portal after creating an account. However, the Wellcare+ app did not recognize the login credentials used on the PC member portal. Very frustrating when apps are made available and don’t work!!!!

Basic non working app!

This seems like a very basic app and is more like a token effort instead of a real attempt to help customers. If this is the best you can do you should just save your money and have no app at all. Also Pharmacy locator doesn’t work, Drug lookup doesn’t work, in fact nothing works. It’s basically an electronic member ID card. Very disappointing!

Annoying

Unable to log in. Tried to create an account, it says one is already created. Will not let me sign it (though I’ve signed in on the web with the same info five second prior) makes no sense. Web doesn’t even say anything about dental so I’m sure the app won’t either

cannot register from app

do you have any QA staff? this is pretty fundamental.

i was told by 1st line support that i needed to register through web page. yes that is a circumvention, but it doesn’t answer why the registration selection in the app doesn’t work.

Wrong prices

The application has mostly incorrect pricing, this is probably one of the worst applications I have ever used for prescription drug costs it’s never correct or not even close. The company should be ashamed of such a poor quality product.

Can’t access

Just downloaded app. On the app preview the sign-in page shows a “register “ option. Mine does not. I have no way of registering.

I got so many error codes when I tried to enter my information in to register! Just absolutely ridiculous! Junk!!!! How can you even put an app on the App Store and it doesn’t work!!? Absolutely junk!!! Give me a break!! You should hire a real app developer!!! Then we would have a little less stress trying to use the app that doesn’t work with any thing!!

Pharmacy location

This app never shows any pharmacy locations in my area. I know there are because the website showed them when I signed up. Please fix this!! Now nowhere to look up drug prices either!!

Pathetic

Can't even find ANY pharmacies using location date or via manual input. Not a single pharmacy!!
Shows EVERY drug cost as $30.
It's only useful if you want to see your WellCare card.
