    This was my very first program back in 2018. There was no app.. but now there is and it’s amazing!! And the monthly subscription is very affordable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
  • You will make progress using SBTD!

    This app has been so much fun to join and reignite my motivation to keep training consistently. I’ve found myself making progress on my strength in the 4 big lifts over the past few months since joining. I find the way the programming is structured the themes of training blocks keeps it interesting while still being consistent with the approach, applying progressive overload principles and keeping exercises fun and interesting. The app is intuitive, user friendly, and workouts are easily customizable. The stats tracker is also a helpful way to check in on progress. Now with added features of express and 3 day options making progress no matter how you can fit it in for time week to week is truly amazing. Looking forward to continuing to see gains! The social communities that also go with this plan are helpful and motivating group to be a part of. Download now and join!

  • Best weightlifting app

    Vest weightlifting app I’ve tried so far. Videos for each exercise, tracking progress of the main lifts and can lists what you lifted last time for all lifts. Also have a nice graph to track training max and top set. I really like Meg’s training programs and how they slowly progress over time but also switches up frequently enough that you don’t get bored.

  • Best Fitness App!

    I’ve struggled for the last three years on finding consistency in the gym. I’ve tried other fitness apps and would get frustrated with the programming as well as the all bugs - an all constantly crashing while you work out doesn’t make you want to stick with it. Then I found Stronger by the Day! I’ve been following Meg on social media for awhile and finally decided to join in. Best. Decision. Ever. I’m loving how my body is changing, seeing huge strength gains and most importantly the app is so user friendly! You can truly customize it to work for you, there’s suggested exercise swaps if you cant do something, you can change your programming between 3-5 days a week and even choose gym, bodyweight, or express workouts. They have literally thought of everything. Highly recommend this program!

  • Real (Strong) Results

    I’ve been using stronger by the day for a little over a year now. I was a competitive powerlifter for about two years before COVID. I was having a hard time getting back into the gym but didn’t want to pay hundreds of dollars for a coach since I wasn’t sure if I ever wanted to compete again. I decided to try SBD because of the price and the fact it focused on squat, bench, and deadlift. I wanted a program that focused on strength and not aesthetics.

    Since starting SBD I’ve blown all of my competition numbers out of the water. I love that you can switch between 3, 4, and 5 days and not feel like you’re losing progress. I love that the programming switches every 2-3 months because I don’t get bored. I love that the programming is focused on progressive overload because I look jacked.

    If you want a strength based program and never want to do a burpee again, SBD is for you. The folks who write the programming really know what they’re doing.

  • Finally, a user experience-focused fitness app!

    I have been a subscriber to Stronger by the Day for just over a year now and have been so impressed with all the improvements they're constantly making to the app, many of which are clearly based on direct feedback and suggestions they've received from users.

    Tracking your goals and progress is super easy, and the library of exercise GIFs is really helpful when you encounter an unfamiliar exercise that makes you say, "A Zercher WHAT, now?" or you need to find the best substitute for a programmed exercise during a workout.

    Special shout out to all the awesome new scheduling features they recently added, since we all have different lives and needs—3, 4, or 5 day options you can switch between each week, bodyweight options if you don't have gym access, plus the new Express workout option if you're low on time?? Amazing. You get so much awesome stuff with a SBTD subscription at a very reasonable price, and I seriously couldn't do it without the app.

  • Really digging the Express option!

    I’ve been using this app and program for about a year and I find it mostly excellent, but the regular workouts were just too long and taxing for me. I’m so pumped to have the Express option now— it’s the same workout quality and programming, but less! It’s perfect for adding some pull-up progressions or mobility work into my session without being in the gym for hours. Really pleased with this purchase!

  • Love the versatility!

    I’ve been on this program since the very beginning in 2019 and I have loved all the changes and upgrades it has received over the years! Most excitingly, you can change the # of days you workout to split the weekly programming between 3 to 5 days AND toggle between whether or not you are home vs gym based and now can choose “EXPRESS” training if you know you’re in a time crunch. All this is super helpful as my work schedule varies from week to week and I try to train on my days off when I know I’ll have a little more energy. I also love that they try to change it up a little with each block to focus on different things to improve on (ie bench baddie, deadlifts, and now Push/Pull/Legs splits). This really helps take out the thinking the extra stress in training if your goal is simply to move your body some days
