  • Great app!

    I just love that there are exercises for all levels of fitness and all the availability that a person might have. So if you are busy and have little time: there is something for you! But if you have all the time for a good training session there is also something there for you!
  • Taking my workouts to another level

    I’ve been working out for over 10 years. I love weight lifting. I needed something to regain structure and challenge me. This app is it. Love her attitude and videos are helpful. I JUST WISH YOU COULD ZOOM OUT TO ALL EXERCISES DURING A WORKOUT. In order to see the full workout once started a workout, you have to quit a workout. Sooo, I haven’t been actually “starting” a workout while doing it so I can see all the exercises at once because reality is, sometimes I have to change order based on my gym’s structure. So unfortunately I don’t get to log weight or reps since I’m not actively logging workout. I will not be renewing after 90 days because of this. But otherwise I like app and like Katie.

    Great app and community! The app has a few bugs but I have always gotten everything resolved timely by emailing the lovely support team!
  • Can I eat the ice cream now?

    I love the Crewe app and the workouts. I started with an intermediate program thinking I was quiet fit. Well, I quickly realized that’s not the case. This app gives me a reason to eat more ice cream 😁
  • Waste of money

    I can’t even use the app. What’s the point of paying for a “membership” when I can’t use it. Seems like a money grab to me. Emailed for support and no response.

    First week of doing this and I find the app approachable, yet challenging. It’s easy to use compared to others I have tried! Love it!

  • Pretty good app

    Easy to follow, challenging exercises and well thought through programming. My only complaint is that the “at home” programme often has exercises that can only really be done at the gym (even the substitutions…)
  • Solid workout programs

    Onto my second block of 12 weeks workouts. So many to choose from. Great tutorial videos with each exercise. Plus substitute exercises so you can do the gym workout programs in the home gym without huge items like leg press, leg curl machines etc. Doesn’t neglect upper body like some “female” programs. Definitely stronger and leaner.

  • Love the app

    Great app which is well structured with step by step instructions and alternative exercises. I’ve only been using it a week and I can already feel the difference and it feels like I’ve got a personal trainer.
