  • It was working ok, but…

    I’ve had this dash cam for a few months and, while the app wasn’t impressive, I learned to navigate it.

    I just went into WiFi mode and the app was disconnected from the camera. Took a while to get it reconnected.

    Now, I can see all of my recorded videos, but I don’t see an option to select/delete them all.

    Please tell me the product owner didn’t think it was a good idea to remove this feature. I mean, deleting one file at-a-time? Seriously?

    I ended up connecting to my PC and deleted all videos through Windows Explorer. 🤦🏻‍♂️

    The app is awful! Takes a long long time to view the videos..it Only works if you are within 10 feet of the camera and the camera is turned on!

    So far so good after 4 months of use in different vehicles. Happy to say I haven’t needed it yet for insurance or police issues.
  • No longer working

    The app crashes when attempting to wifi connect to my dash cam, it was working a few months ago. And when extracting the video it takes a loooong time, depending on the size and length of the file.
  • Horribly slow app

    The camera seems to work fine, but this app is absolutely worthless. The videos are large by nature, and the app simply cannot handle the downloads. Also, good luck to you if you have to search through multiple videos to find an event. You will spend the rest of your life waiting for videos to open and then to watch them. I am going to try to use a direct adapter for the card, so hopefully that will improve some of this, but there really is no excuse for having such a poor app or not having a better connectivity for the computer.
  • Great cam

    I purchased as driving to Florida and back. Atlanta can be life and death on those roads. Jk camera is perfect for the price. Great resolution, easy to use and hook up. Had it for 4 months now and no issues. Only downside is downloading vids, that can take a while if using Wi-Fi. Sure same with any cam.
  • Can’t review videos

    This is just too slow to review using iPhone. When the screen goes dark it stop downloading and you need to restart the whole process.
    Why do you need access to all my personal photos and metadata when all I need is access to my videos I recorded using my rove v2 4K?
    So far I haven’t been able to review any recordings at all.
    Useless app and a useless camera if I can’t review anything.
    Fix it so I May review what I recorded.
  • Need update

    I was be able to use the app but no longer It kept telling me to login. Pop up messages saying I already login to another device. The app pretty much useless. Taking forever to download and can’t switch from front camera to rear camera. Camera itself is great video quality. Hopefully they will improve the app make it better faster to download videos.
  • Can’t get logged in

    I have had this dash cam several months, I like that I can use the app to access videos on my phone. Sometimes however the videos won’t play or they take a very long time to load. I am a truck driver and use the dash cam everyday, I haven’t been on the app in about 5 days, and today I went to the app and it says I’m logged in on another device and won’t let me log in. I have only ever been logged in on one device and I even tried changing my password, it still won’t let me log in.
  • Works Great Out of the Box!! How refreshing!

    I’m really happy with my purchase. I’ll have to say, so far it’s worked flawlessly out of the box. The system as well packaged with a Quickstart guide and detailed instructions (if needed) all written in English! It’s so refreshing to support a USA company!

    I set the system up initially in family room using a USB port for power it and tested all three cameras. I was able to play with the system to get a better understanding of how how it was designed and the many options available. I’m actually planning on using it in an airplane and then purchase another unit for my car.

    When I powered on the system and downloaded the App it prompted me to update the firmware on all three cameras. Everything updated flawlessly in about two minutes. I was able to watch the videos on my iPhone through the app!

    In summary, I’m pleased so far! Looks like a good product with good customer support if needed.
