I’m really happy, but…
I love the quality of the DashCam however after three days of ownership I still cannot figure out how to view my videos on my phone nor save them. I connect to the cam through its Wi-Fi and when I look for the playback it’s a white screen. And I’ll have been driving for over an hour with nothing. And I cannot find any FAQ or info about this. Please help me as I need to find these video!!Rexthetubster

The app only works when using WiFi only from & when you are near the device.
I have called and have text Customer Service several times in reference to my device. I have yet to receive a return phone call.toproweman@

After a few emails and text chats with this amazing customer service team I’m very satisfied with the cam and the app. I k ow every product had some bugs and flaws, but once tweaked a lil bit it’s all worked out and working great. Thanks again for the prompt response.

I don’t know what happened over the last day or so, but I tried to connect to the camera today to download some videos I need and it just keeps saying no Internet connection. No matter what I do.Frustrated IPhone 5S User
Not worth it
I just don’t understand why do you need the camera for almost $150 and it’s only has 10 m connection to the iPhone for this type of camera you can buy for $40 it’s supposed to have connection to computer or two telephone on a longer distance than 10 m probably I’m going to returnAlmondproduction

Hello Almondproduction, We understand your concern. ROVE Dash Cam uses WiFi feature, which allows you to connect your dash cam within 10M range form this small device. Just like when you go out side of your home, you can't connect to your home's wifi network, the same way the ROVE dash cam uses WiFi to make connection between your phone and dash cam. And if you compare your dash cam with your home wifi router, the size of the dash cam is very small, therefore the wifi range is about 10M from this small device. If you are looking for the dash cam which allows you to connect remotely, then you would want to get a cloud dash cam, like Ring or Owl Cam, which comes at additional device cost along with monthly subscription fees anywhere between $6-$20/month. ROVE Dash Cam does NOT come with any subscription fees and we generally only need to download our video when you are in an accident etc. Hope this was helpful and answered your concern. I guess the customer service was nice and helpful, but just told me to wait for a fix. I can’t wait months for a fix to delete my videos through the app. Video memory card filled up and couldn’t delete it so my dash cam was practically useless for months because of poor app development.Luca Dolla

I got into a crash and was so happy I had my dash cam. I had it my phone connected to the Wi-Fi, and it said it was recording. I tried to show the footage to the cops, but videos filmed during the week were not there and never showed up. My last saved vid was from the 24th of January. I’m angry that my cam says “recording in process” but shows no video evidence. Now you have me looking stupid.nickiminajisaqueenperiodt
