Went from mediocre to useless
The app was adequate to start with. Videos took forever to download, but the app worked. Now, it crashes when trying to pull up videos through the app and download them to a phone. That makes the app essentially useless. I wish I could give it zero stars, at least until this issue is resolved.Rosco2324

Camera doesn’t connect
Even though the Wi-Fi is connected the app doesn’t work. Can’t delete or load videos, will load once and then won’t load again. Horrible app.Sumwutdrunk

Issues with connecting Rove App
I made several attempts to connect through Wi-Fi 5 ghz frequency The dash cam doesn’t sync with the Rove app. Finally I have to write this report. The touchscreen is fine.KamranNazir
