Works great
You can get an easier to read copy of the manual on their web site. Also - some 12 volt car ports (i.e. cigarette lighters) stay on continuously but I think most new cars, at least my Ford, shuts off 30 minutes after car is shut off so no need to manually turn off the dash cam. This is a great dashcam. Only thing is I wish it would playback at the normal rate. For some reason when you playback a recording it plays to fast. Other than that it is great. I really love this dashcam and I have had several different kinds and models.DemHassens

Doesn’t do what I hoped it would do☹️
When I purchased it, I was under the impression that I would be notified via the app if something happened to my vehicle, as it was bumped, or hit in someway, but that’s not the case. The only time the camera communicates with the app is when I’m in the vehicle or standing next to it. I will admit the video from the camera is very very good. Broken app
The app is pretty much useless right now. Sometimes it will appropriately connect to the wifi and load but only partially. And then after a minute it stops being able to access anything. Other times it just keeps saying loading and after an eternity it will say there are no files. I can’t access the settings section at all. It just says loading constantly. The only way I would reliably be able to access the data is taking the microSD out and putting it in my computer. Which would be quite useless if you actually needed the footage when an incident happened. Please fix the app.Froggie79

No point in having the dash cam.
There is no point in even having this dash cam because if you want to use the footage, you will be unable to access it. Any video you want to watch won’t load or it will load for seconds at a time and you won’t be able to watch the full thing uninterrupted. The camera having its own wifi feature is completely pointless as the same could be achieved with Bluetooth. “Oh but what if someone else connects to the blue tooth and watches the footage”, come on let’s be real, no one is going to connect to the wifi. Bluetooth would e been ideal so you could connect whilst on wifi and perhaps make this app actually usable. God forbid I get into an accident and I die of old age waiting for the footage to load. App is broken in iOS 17
Cannot access my footage or settings via WiFi since the iOS 17 update on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Developer needs to update the app. My wife’s phone 13 pro worked, we updated it to iOS 17, and now she has the same problems I do.J Eshelman
