Live video problems
The app works, but there appears to be a bug because the live stream is no longer working on my phone when in use. I can see the feed on the dash cam but not my phone. When I look at the recordings, I can see them there. Please fix. Also the app is relatively slow, so might wanna focus on performance improvements before any new features.Nickname 2748391
I like this app!
This was my second try at a dash cam. The first one I bought had too many buttons, too many technical things to worry about. The manual had really small techno style type & writing. Huge manual. I had no clue how to work it. It had front & back cam, so it had so many issues to worry about. I read the App stinks! Terrible.
Then I got wise & bought this Rove dash cam. I looked in iPhone APPs and it said the Rove app was simple and well made. True! I love simple & user-friendly! Glad I can use this app to view my dash cam videos! AwesomeNtherese4990
Horrible. Crashes and won’t maintain date/time stamp
App crashes instantly when connected to the camera and you try and access the setting. The camera resets the date every day which makes it impossible to track down a video from a specific date and time. All video clips are just scrambled. This app/camera is horrible! Save up and buy a decent one.Hopeful saver
Doesn’t work!
The app doesn’t work. There are no videos in the folders and the app crashes every time you try to go to settings. It worked yesterday when I first downloaded it.Angiep03
Awesome App
Got first R3 dashcam and app was working till iOS 16 update had issue like won’t able view video on app but than other download video and view settings working didn’t complain but only problem is slow loading when open app. Till iOS 17 so app finally update now everything working again like able view video and app open little quicker.FireBoy182
Poor performance
You can’t watch the playback because you have to watch 1 second at a a time, meaning you need to pause and unpaise every second. Called support, they said I needed to download to the phone. Tried to do that 4 times. The last attempt took 20 minutes to download 51% of the file and it got stuck. If you can’t watch the playback, the dash cam is worthless. I’ll be throwing it out and never buying a Rove product again.Philip111990

New App Confusion
Needed to access the video quickly and found the old app does not work anymore and had to download and sign up on the fly. That sucked in 100 degree heat. Playback stutters and almost impossible to get working right.DarthMeeple
Dash cam playback
Camera is good but I always have a hard time with the playback option. It just takes forever to get to videos.Dusty1336
