This app another reason not to buy this cam
The app is not working, all videos from dash cam are either corrupted or incomplete. The dash cam is disaster, it will get into a problems where it should save youUSA-DK
Constantly freezes on connection
The app initially worked when there was no videos on the camera now that there’s videos on the camera, the app just freezes and spins, and my phone Hass to be rebooted to try again, and then the same thing happens… Boo!dick_nickles

Great camera, useless app
Just got the R3-4K camera. Love it so far; seems like it has a lot of bang for the buck.
But the app is useless. It won’t connect to the camera at all. I’ve followed the instructions multiple times: turn on camera Wi-Fi, connect to it on my phone, get a verbal ‘Wi-Fi is connected connected’ confirmation message from the camera, make sure the correct camera is selected, then just a ‘camera not connected’ message on the app.PK6601

Don’t buy
App is super glitchy. Wi-if keeps cutting on and off during driving automatically. When I go into my local album sometimes it shows all my videos, other times it does not. Dash cam will say connected. Then I open the app and it shows the live view. I then try to navigate to other areas and it just spins and says loading. I’ve got a new iPhone 13 Pro. Latest software updated. 512 Class 10 card. Contacted customer support and sent them videos of the app not working correctly. Customer support was via text message only. My last dash cam lasted 7 years before it stopped working. This has lasted 2 days.Zombiesurvivor

The dash cam itself seems to be a good product. The app on the other hand is garbage. You can connect to the dash cam but it will not show any media at all. Useless.lbarringer
Old app worked great new one the worst
Old works fine on my cell phone but can not download nod one on computer or iPad. It is like the company never bata tested it please get this fixed otherwise this will become a another item in the junk drawTim11731
