Videos Never Load
Purchased the DashCam and SimCard from the company as recommended. Every time I connect to the DashCam on my cell phone using this app to try and pull back videos, they do not load. This is very inconvenient and will likely lead to me returning the product as I do not want to get videos on my laptop every time. A lot of the times I want to pull them and have them on my phone.Kailie Green

Too many hangups
App worked great initially, but once there were a few video files it has had trouble loading and says there are no videos when clearly there are. I’m using the Rove memory card too to ensure there wouldn’t be issues, so I think it’s just the app. I’m hoping the files are there and not corrupted—I’ll have to try to load them on my computer to double check.Timbo835
Disappointed with app performance.
The Rove R2-4K dash cam is a great investment. Great video quality and the camera is very easy to use and navigate. I purchased two of these a few years ago. One for front facing and the second for rear facing. I recently purchased a new cell phone and had to re-upload the app to better use the dash cam and it’s features. Not sure what the reasoning behind the updated app (maybe give us the option to download the old app in the meantime) but so far I feel it has fallen short of serving any purpose. I am no longer able to view the folders on either dash cam for playback purposes through my phone. I’ve gone through every suggestion available to resolve but have finally given up. I’m disappointed to say that this should not be a problem and the fact that this has been reported by other users and so far the company has not been able resolved this issue makes me believe they can’t or not willing to. Regretfully this app performance will effect my choice in my next dash cam purchase.gngflorida

Not connecting
Not sure why but app is not connecting to my rove dash camera anymore. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting. Reset and reconnecting and nothing at all. When i first git the camera i was connected. Not sure what happened.HAMM9722
