Absolutely Dreadful
Went and installed the app without looking at reviews. Put in 10 dollars trying to allow the kiosk to scan my barcode but didn’t work. Ended up holding the line since I forgot my wallet. Can’t even delete your card off of the app!_CapybaraFan_
Can’t link app and account if you buy at car wash
Annoying that I can’t use this app since I bought the car wash membership in person at the car wash. Wish there was a way to link my sticker to the appSlothfairyprincess

The pre-wash barrels are great but they do need emptying and cleaning once in a while. The automatic mat cleaner has been down a pretty good while. I’ll be glad when it gets fixed. I’m still not sure about this wash. I feel like it’s not as good as Overflow was.Beccajo45

Not user friendly won’t let me remove cars won’t ever respond to simple questions then I tried to delete account and open a new one since it wouldn’t let me remove cars now it won’t let me open a new one because It says same phone number magic tunnel way betterwaverlyohio
Poor Customer Service
These folk took 2 payments in 5 days. Every attempt to reach any living being at Take 5, was and is impossible. So far not a soul has returned a call or reached out by text. BewareLeeyolanda
Worthless
It doesn’t keep track of your transactions or wash visits as it alludes to doing. You are also unable to update your payment method no matter the method you use. It’s virtually impossible to cancel your membership or complete any tasks at all in the app. It doesn’t work at all and I’m unable to do anything on the website because it directs you to the app.Show lessTxFoodieGirl

This app is for what? It does not tie to my member account. I cannot manage my account with it. I cannot manage my car washes with it. I can’t change my payment form with it. I can no cancel or change my

App doesn't work at the 2 car washes I went too. Now i had to buy a membership at the wash itself and have lost the money from the app membership. Maybe it works someplace but nit at the 2 I go to in ohio. Both told me they never heard of the app! Apple ahould delist thistmcblane
Horrible app
Horrible app. There are no descriptions for the hat the washes are and you can’t use the washes you’ve paid for without being at the location when you check in. I’m literally sitting in the line of the wash and it says I’m not close enough. My location shows I’m exactly where I am. It’s frustrating because you prepay for washes but can’t use them because you can’t check in.Show lessRoger That5
Remarkably bad
There doesn’t seem to be any way to remove a car, no way to remove a credit card, no explanation on how to use the app, no explanation on how to sign up for their family plan, not even any information on where the app is accepted (apparently the app is not accepted at all Take 5 locations?).
I think part of the problem is that Take 5 is growing fast? At the car wash I usually use, newly a Take 5 location, the attendant had no idea how to use the app.
