Doesn’t seem to be useable
It is about as non-intuitive as you can get. To add money to your wallet they need a wallet card number but don’t seem to give one.Bill__1

You're ripping the entire city of defiance off... everyone is paying for the premium wash.. and they're not getting it... better business bureau, defiance county economic development, defiance area chamber of commerce, defiance city and city, county and community council, defiance development and visitors bureau, city of defiance, the crescent news , any and all business's that are affiliated with a business contract with you, and anyone else I deem necessary will be notified you're stealing from them by not providing the full wash just because you're not providing the product and or products that you say you're waiting on getting delivered... I've contacted you more than 5 times total, I have call logs, recordings, reports to the wash associates that provide internet service to recommend a fix for your wash, and still nothing has been done about it..Show lessErock67

Terrible customer service
Ever since the changeover service has been sloppy. Today they would not honor what we were told upon changeover that we would be grandfathered in at the original price, now they want to almost double the monthly price charged. There’s car washes on every corner, I’m going to find one that appreciates the business OR get my power washer out and do it myself. Hope you’re having better luck with Take 5 than we did.Show lesssooneredbird
