Useless for new locations
They have and are opening new locations all the time but for example the Denham Springs, LA location has been open a while and you can not use the app there. If they are going to have a location based app they should regularly update the locations for use.Greennipples

The app does not allow me to manage a none commercial fleet for family. I can’t add a vehicle that already has a tag to my account.Mediccac
Don’t buy a wash in the app!
This app is the worst, it only lets you buy a wash when you’re at the physical car wash location, so you have to buy it in the app really quick while you wait in line … just to find out when you get to the Point of Sale, that the code for the car wash you just bought is “invalid”. There was no one at the paystation to assist, so I walked into the office later and the guy at the desk said he couldn’t help, but suggested I call an IT line. Waste of time and money. I techinally just spent $50 for one mediocre wash because of this app.Show lessElPenguiNino
Not all locations in Arkansas are on the app
Cantrell Rd (Hwy 10) in Little Rock location has been open for a long time now and this location is not on this app. Thumbs down Take 5 Car Wash for not addressing this in a timely manner. All other Arkansas locations appear to be on the app.pricepartyof3

A new car wash in denham springs la. I went through and was told before entering there is a 5.00 special for the month and then regular price after that. I was told you can cancel in the app any time. I in fact can not cancel in the app. They lied to every customer signing up for this. New accounts for new memberships you just got can not even be added into the app as of this time. So how do I cancel the car wash that doesn’t even clean my entire truck unless I go through two to three times.Show lessReality check24
