Poor map list management
It’s very frustrating there isn’t a way to easily switch between floor maps. It advertises that it supports 4 floors but it’s difficult to switch between different floors and you lose the ability to clean by rooms. Very disappointed with the app!Danlin.S.
Great robot and app
Just purchased. Was worried after all the poor reviews about the app. It was VERY simple to setup the robot and the app. It mapped my 3,000 sqft house in about an hour and it was off and running after that. I set up room names, established how I wanted it to clean each room and other various settings to customize how I want it to clean the house. I didn’t experience any issues with setup or cleaning. Best Robot, Worst App
I absolutely LOVE my new Narwal but the app is difficult to use. It needs to be organized in a way that is user friendly. It’s hard to find information (like how to change name of room, etc) The front page should have all of the links to the appropriate pages instead of having the user search high and low for information.Show lessBuddley365

worst app ever
after an update it is impossible to use. cannot even find how to cancel a task. I just want to clean one room first but it does not an option to abort the recent freo mode which is set up automatically to clean all the rooms. it used to be better at least, let you change your task plans. now it doesn’t, which is absurd.Show less“0-0;;

Loses connectivity
I’ve had the freo for about 4 months. The robot works great but the app needs work. In recent updates the functionality has improved but now the app frequently hangs with a ‘loading…’ message and eventually posts a connection error. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app and/or restart my network to get it working.Show lessEnotsItey
Robust app and easy to use
So far I’ve had pretty good results from using this app to create rooms, set vacuum schedules, mopping schedules, as well as using it for other things like updating firmware, maintaining accessories, etc. I like that there are a lot of advanced features and I’m sure overtime it’ll keep improving even though it’s not as polished as it should be from a user interface perspective.Show lessIrvghady
Worthless app
This is probably one of the worst apps I've tried to use. Took over an hour to get connected and set up for the first time. Second time I've tried to use it, I am getting robot connection errors. The robot is connected just fine on the base. Also, only way I've been able to get the robot to map is from the base. Base talks to me and tells me things, but doesn't relay that to the app, so I have to get up to go see what it said.
