Not for everyone
I’m was instructed by a Solara agent to use this app for my child as Trace was being phased out. I could not set up an account as this app does not work for patients under 18.Tricked into purchasing

Worse than the previous app(trace by Solara)
A big step backwards. This app does not allow the user to update important information like prescribing physician or insurance coverage. No way to create a new order. No drill down on current status of an order. Trace app had issues, but it was much better than this disaster. Plan to go back to the Trace app.South Side Bob

Not Able to Place an Order
There is no way to place an order. Only able to see Order History in the Order tab.Frustration4321

Horrible! Can’t drill down on previous orders. Ordering supplies using the app is difficult if not next to impossible.drm_57
Poor App
Adapthealth has has 2-3 different apps in the past year and this one kept logging me out every 30 seconds and when I chatted with support the rep saw things in the app that were not visible on myapp - using iphone 13Charlotte music guy
