  • Not for everyone

    I’m was instructed by a Solara agent to use this app for my child as Trace was being phased out. I could not set up an account as this app does not work for patients under 18.
  • Easy to use

    myApp has been a great tool for me. It’s easy to order my supplies.
  • Worse than the previous app(trace by Solara)

    A big step backwards. This app does not allow the user to update important information like prescribing physician or insurance coverage. No way to create a new order. No drill down on current status of an order. Trace app had issues, but it was much better than this disaster. Plan to go back to the Trace app.

    What is going on? Solara directed me to this app as Plus was to have ended on 9/23/22.
  • Not Able to Place an Order

    There is no way to place an order. Only able to see Order History in the Order tab.

    Hi, Thank you for your feedback. myAPP will only allow you to place an order if you are eligible for supplies. If you are not yet due for replacement supplies, you will only see your order history. If you need additional help, please contact us directly at www.adapthealth.com.
  • Horrible app

    Horrible! Can’t drill down on previous orders. Ordering supplies using the app is difficult if not next to impossible.
  • Poor App

    Adapthealth has has 2-3 different apps in the past year and this one kept logging me out every 30 seconds and when I chatted with support the rep saw things in the app that were not visible on myapp - using iphone 13

    Hi, Thank you for your feedback. myAPP is the latest app for diabetic supply reordering. myAPP contains PHI (Personal Health Information) to ensure all patient information is secure, after a period of inactivity the app will require users to log back in securely.
