  • Snap Deposit doesn’t work

    I’ve never been able to deposit a check on the app no matter what I do. I have zero problems with other bank apps mobile deposit function. Please fix it! I don’t even have a Wescom nearby and was leaning on the app to make things easier. May have to switch banks if it doesn’t get fixed.

    *I am using the latest update available to me and wrote this review based on the latest update. It has not been fixed in my experience.

  • The app is full of bugs

    Snap deposits is very difficult to use now. I’ve given up using it and now do my check deposits to my Schools First Credit Union account. Bill payer doesn’t always show history. I schedule payments and want to see them in Pending status, the screen is blank. Your IT department needs to do a better job in QA!
    Updated app still doesn’t work for Snap Deposits. Used Schools First again and worked first time. I took one star away because you need to test more.

  • Awful Update

    This newest update has made it near impossible to use Snap Deposit. It is SO sensitive. Even the best picture it rejects, saying something on the check is not visible (when it clearly is). When they finally accept my check, it is then quickly “deleted” citing unclear picture and the frustration begins all over again. I have contacted Wescom multiple times and have received no help. Living out of state, I don’t have the ability to visit a branch and depend solely on Snap Deposit for my deposit needs; they need to fix this STAT!
    I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and am disappointed in their current service.

  • Don’t Like the New App

    What the heck did Wescom do when they updated their mobile app?? I’m unable to use express view anymore… I have to log in to view my account even though I have my preferences set to enable express view… Never had this problem before:-( Use to love the mobile app but not anymore.

    Update to Review: I have Express View enabled and am able to see the Express View but because I use face recognition, I literally have to turn my phone sidewise to avoid logging into the app. I never use to have to do that before the app update. It’s still frustrating.

    Thank you for your comment, we are always looking to improve our app. Express view is available on our new app. You must first enable in the Profile setting under Login & Security. Once it is enabled you can click on the express view tab on the log in screen. We appreciate your feedback.   • Oh no. They broke it! :-( Will it ever work again?

    It used to be great but ever since the update, it does not work, AT ALL. It freezes at login on both iPhone and iPad. Reinstalling the app does not help either.

    UPDATING MY REVIEW -
    I finally got in by deleting and retyping my info then trying to login again. Do I have to do this every time? Ug. This is not good.

    Once inside, I’m disappointed to find that the user interface it’s much harder to see now and multiple features require extra clicks. Why? As the saying goes, “If it ain’t broke…”. or as another saying goes, “If you keep making that face, it will get stuck that way.” I hope they don’t let that happen.

    I love this credit union but the app has been greatly damaged in my opinion.

    Sadly, I’ll have to leave my rating at an embarrassing one star until they fix what they broke.

  • Really wrecked this app!

    Wescom was the best financial app for any financial institution, until this update! The app looks like it was designed by a four year old, information is missing the weird things at the top are unclear and look like an afterthought, there is NO WAY to see pending bill pay so you’ll end up double or triple paying them because you can’t see it pending! I loved the old app, it was perfect to use in daily management of everything, now it’s lost all the best functionality and looks dumbed down to oblivion! My question is why? Why on earth would they do this? So utterly disappointing. It’s nearly unusable!

  • Zelle note trouble

    When sending Zelle payment the notes, the “What’s this for?” field, let’s me get the paste option but no matter what I try it will not actually paste the note in. Since my landlord recently switched to Zelle payment, I have to write a rather extensive note to ensure I get credit for my rent payment. But having to type it twice each month is getting old fast. (Since I must send two payments each month.) Please make the paste function work, so I can copy my last month’s note and paste it into this month’s note for each payment and just edit the month name.

  • Elementary App

    I mean, it works okay. Half the time I have to go log into a computer or call CS to get what I need done. The app feels like it was made in 2007 and hasn’t really been updated since except to maybe add a Zelle button. I love Wescom but I really wish they’d spend some $$ and hire a few qualified IT developers and support to actually make the app as functional as big bank apps and websites.

  • Ok app but inconsistent

    For the most part I can do what I need to but it seems like whenever there’s an update the snap deposit breaks and I have to take like 10 pics for a single check before it gets it right. Fortunately I don’t get many checks. Another thing that stopped working is face recognition.
  • Issue resolved

    Thankfully with the help of Wescom my Zelle issue was resolved seems it was my phone only issue I see is not being able to pay my credit card on the app not sure why
