Decent App
When I first setup this system, I had problems viewing my cameras away from home. I talked to a rep, and was told I can view them away from home on DDNS mode. You also have to setup the product Id through the Wisenet DDNS website. After doing this, I have no problem seeing my cameras, and the app works just fine. So far so good. My only issue is, when I’m connected to my home network, I have to switch back to IP mode to view on my phone(WiFi connection). The only way to view on DDNS mode at home, my WiFi has to be turned off(using plenty data).It would be nice if it could stay on DDNS mode, connected to WiFi and still work. Samsung SDR-B3300
I got this Samsung Security Cam few years ago and had installed this app. I experienced nothing but problems since day one. The app can’t access the consistently the security cams. No customer support, nobody to turn to for help.... please if you want to remain sane don’t purchase any Samsung security cams, they don’t standby their product. I wouldn’t even give this app a star!!!Show lessWats dat!
No video!!!
We are on vacation and we had an issue at our house. I tried to view the playback and app said no video available. Are you kidding??? When I needed it most, it failed me.
In the past the app live view has gone out everytime there is an update and we haven't updated yet. When we finally figured this out we know that we need to update when we can't get live feed. Very annoying.Show lessLBG HATE SCROLLING TO FIND TIME!
Horrible application
Samsung cameras & the app are absolutely terrible! Worst money I’ve spent on the cameras, even worse app setup. It almost takes an IT expert on how to setup the devices. Will never stay connected.Farmerman1556
Poor Quality
Can’t ever connect when away from home, which makes this app worthless!! Other people I know with even off brand systems can view remotely. The whole system was complicated to connect, and we are expert level computer users.iPolis User

I’ve had this app and my cameras for over 2 years. They do an update and I am no longer able to connect the my cameras. Can’t even find help contacts or FAQs to address my issue!Robin O
It works for me
I’ll admit, it came with a steep learning curve, but I have two homes with two cameras installed at each, running PoE in one and I don’t have any issue connecting or getting recorded video or email alerts. It is very limited in the way it can be viewed. I was very surprised that there is t an industry standard protocol to view a live feed over the internet (IP camera).
IT WOULD BE VERY USEFUL TO HAVE A VERSION OF THIS APP FOR THE APOLE TV!!!Show lessBubba-007
