This app is very slow when loading the pictures and is always problems. It either crashes or won’t let me log in! Horrible app!Valley2013

This app NEVER works!! 100% garbage - I wish I could give it zero stars. Hands-down, this is the #1 most frustrating app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. Not intuitive or user-friendly at all, riddled with errors, never works!!sstrine
Just about works
This is the only app I’ve got a Samsung SNF7010v to work with (made by the same company that make this app).
However, user interface is awful, and it’s very hard to configure the cameras properly. The software will not support the HD resolution of the camera.
If you have a generic IP camera I’d look elsewhere for an iOS appShow lessRobertGCarr
Not working.
I have had this app for about a month but just recently it will not let me check the cameras. I don’t know if it is just me or other people are having the problem.JimLoria

I agree with the last persons issues! The iPOLiS Samsung system is very unreliable! Spend thousands putting it in and hundreds repairing the error messages! Please listen to me and the last issue with the iPOLiS system very unreliable very costly very user friendly! I made a huge mistake buying this hike of worthless spyware! Am told by the IT pro’s the Samsung is the worst on the market today! I’ll get back with folks on the new camera system I discovered that will be user friendly!Show lessbfallen

Works for a while then stops for not reason. This last time I can't get it to revive. Smart viewer for windows still working great. This app has craped out on the 3 apple devices I had it running on. No more remote viewing.Swampsuds
Great picture but terrible App
The picture on the home local cameras are great, but if viewing remotely it is nearly impossible like the other reviews stated. It always says cannot connect to device! I hope they can figure out a fix for this as these are not cheap to install/use!!mhm422

Don't know why everyone trashes the app, it just takes a little bit of time and common sense to install it. I have had no issues with the app, would be nice if when watching pre-recorded playback from the app, you could watch more then one camera at a time.Tacodell
Great hardware, very subpar software
The cameras are great, in live view, especially at the highest quality. I am able to use this app primarily because I am a technology engineer and have patience. The web app is terrible. It wants to use silverlight from Microsoft and it just doesn't work with mac computers at all. There isn't a software app for mac either. On smart phones it is acceptable if you are handy at port forwarding on your home router. It is disappointing for a Samsung product and wouldn't even make it out of the lab as an apple product. If you are a techie, or know one it is worth the money for the hardware. Someone needs to put out a third party software suite.Show lesseric24824
