Devs and UI Designers Should Be Fired
1. Bug: When adding a previous order and removing a single item from the order the item removed is incorrect resulting in my order being fulfilled incorrectly by the store.
2. Features: There should be a way to save favorite drinks and orders in this app. There is no way to do that. It barely remembers what I ordered last time. Sometimes that doesn’t even work. Modifying a previous order results in incorrect order fulfillment (see above).
3. Design: The UI is atrocious and slow. This app always asks to find the nearest store. It should remember my favorite stores and not have to start over. It requires too many button presses to get to a product selection. The color scheme of the product options is horrible and takes me 5 minutes to find one Ingredient in the myriad of options. Starbucks knows how to design product customization options. Please use them or Chipotle as a model to design a good UI. Fix the confusing color scheme in the product customization list. Also there are ingredients that the store has that are not listed in the smoothie product options (e.g., raspberry).
I summary, please fix this app. I can’t believe anyone even uses it. It’s incredibly frustrating and wastes my money by ordering the wrong thing!

Easy but in need of one thing!
Checkout experience changed mid checkout
hit the back button and, of a sudden, the checkout UI is as expected, apple pay and all. y’all better not have had some vulnerability that allowed someone to do some XSS shenanigans in your “mobile” (c’mon) app. ‘s a webapp in an app container don’t try and pull a fast one on me
Pleasantly Surprising!
No regrets!
We started out with the Pineapple Smoothies - SO good! One order we picked up the wrong order - it was the Hulk Chocolate…one sip and my husband was in love. He orders them once a week.
My favorites are Pumpkin, Hulk Chocolate, Matcha, and Angel Food.
Really, you can’t go wrong…they have a flavor for everyone and they’re all incredible!
If you download the app you’ll get points for every order - the points add up to $2.00 coupons. The best part is they let you use as many $2.00 coupons towards one purchase as you want.
For example: My husband and I went a little Smoothie King crazy for a few months and built up six $2.00 coupons. I was able to apply all of them to an order and get our smoothies for free!
Love Smoothie King! Recommend them to everyone!

Also if tips aren’t accepted an error message is generated, yet the user is required to manually remove the tip percentage amount.
One more thing - this location does actually accept tips n credit cards IN PERSON, but not when ordering through the app…

Hardly Ever Works
REFUNDS WAS NEVER GIVEN BACK
Instructions on smoothie king app says to call the store. We have called multiple times and finally but nobody picked up. Finally we decided to drive to the stores location but to realize they had a sign that they are open but we have to “order online due to low staff”. We are stuck in the situation of not being able to communicate with the store. In person and through phone. Because the front store was lock. We emailed our situation through smoothie king website. They have followed with our situation and have ask for our confirmation ordered but they have not given our refund back. I use to work in food and beverage, including smoothie king. Taking online orders can should have a cancellation button but they just take your money and left you on read for weeks
