Improvement needed & developing
This company and application needs major improvement. First of all you need to stop changing the way you give reviews on restaurants the best way for this was giving out stars instead of silly faces keep it professional. And you also need to provide drivers with card machines as your Visa card system doesn’t approve of international visa payments which is ridiculous. Extremely slow and stupid system
The app used to be good with fast deliveries. However, the the past year they’ve declined significantly. Every single time i order, my order gets stuck in the “order placed” status instead of moving to the “preparing” status. And it’s always the same excuse when i contact them, which is that they’re still looking for a driver. The dumbest part is, they don’t send the order to the restaurant until they find a free driver. This is stupid!!! It slows everything down!!! It toes forever until they find a driver and then i have to wait for the restaurant to prepare the food only because they didn’t send the order as soon as it was placed! The ideal system would’ve been to send the order immediately to the restaurant and by the time they find a driver, the restaurant would’ve made progress in preparing the food. And when I contacted them about this suggestion, they completely refused it and claimed that it’s to prevent loses with the restaurants. That makes zero sense!!! The driver would’ve eventually been assigned anyway, so there won’t be any loses! Not to mention the constant forced ads on the app that are plain annoying.Show lessCatbooster

Bad customer service
There always seems to be an issue with orders, either very late, driver making multiple lengthy stops or wrong order from the restaurant. Most recent issue is still not resolved 2 weeks after the fact. Received an email saying they will check but have heard nothing. Avoid at all costs. I think I’d rather drive to get food, in rush hour traffic with my car A/C not working, in Summer than use the app again.Show lessRereALO
Something is very wrong with this app
Almost every time I come to order food from Talabat, I end up having to phone the restaurant myself to make the delivery order instead of using the app! This is because the restaurants are listed as either closed or busy and sometimes the restaurants are not listed at all, although I know from previous viewings that those restaurants are on Talabat. This is all very annoying and renders the app almost useless. The restaurants I try to order from are all physically close to me in Amman and the time I usually order is around 12:30pm on normal weekdays. When I do call the restaurants that are listed as closed or busy (at 12:30pm!) they express surprise at learning they are listed as such in Talabat. Makes life easier. The best part of it is the great customer service I get each time I ask for assistance (order complaint, cancellation..etc) very friendly and professional staff.Mohd87

It’s truly so so so sad to see one of Kuwait’s first independent food delivery company go down in history as the WORST and most TERRIBLE application / website ! It has become one of the least recommend & the most problematic and multiple complaints from many valuable customers include me & my family and friends from the time of the delivery to the wrong items to the quality of the food and drivers i had the worst experience with talabat and I don’t recommend this app don’t waste your money on this app it’s old & none of the complaints are reaching the corporate or the current owner even many restaurants already left this app go check out carriage it’s much advanced and puts their customers first then their sales and marketing unlike Talabt who adds codes and sales to hide the fact that their service is honestly THE MOST TERRIBLE !Show lessام طوطو
Thee ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!
I am a very displeased customer right. It seems to me that every single time I place an order on talabat something goes awfully wrong. The food is either cold because it delivered late thanks to the driver going to the wrong location, something is missing from the order, or the other just all together never shows up. Usually, I don't say a word, because it's far too late and I'm way too tired to try to figure out who to contact about an issue but today is my breaking point. Not only did my order show up late, but it had no napkins and no eating utensils AND MORE HAIR THAN CHICKEN. That is my far the nastiest, most unsanitary, things I've seen around food since I've been in Kuwait. I would like a full refund for this terrible mistake. Taco Eataco should be ashamed of themselves.

Worst app ever, don’t believe the social media influencers advertising this lol
This APP is a joke! No proper customer support, all of the estimated delivery times are basically lies. I’ve never ordered through this app without having an issue with late delivery and many times NO delivery at all!! As they will eventually cancel your order on you. I’ve tried this app now in 3 different countries, same issues!
Customer service chat is useless and they don’t actually help you! They tell you to wait 10 mins and get back to them and they still won’t have any answers regarding where your order is or how they can compensate you. I’ve actually been told on chat to “just cancel it” after a full 1.5 hrs of waiting!
