  • Can’t even report outage

    Woke up this morning to a pop outside and all it power is out. I opened the app and went to the ‘outage’ section and it crashed. Multiple times. Finally,I had to call and navigate through menus reminding me that using the app was the best way to do this. Grrrr.
    I’m logged in using an iPhone 13 mini and I tried using the ‘outages’ button at the bottom. There’s a report button in there and it crashed the app again when I just tried it.

  • Simple way to review and pay bills

    It looks like the efforts have been made to fix a lot of bugs with this app. Lately there has been no issues. The app serves as a great way to review past and present statements as well as pay current bills.

  • Wrongfully / illegally Billing Price On My Name

    Illegal Price and Illegal Reading On My Name Without My Consent Which I Have Never Agreed To Or Had An Account Or Acknowledgement Being Allowed Or Used With My Permission Or Information To Apply For An Account And Therefore Even Living At The Address Which Using This Company For Electricity Service Offers / Account. I Shouldn’t Be Accountable Or Responsible For Such An Outrageous Amount Bill Charges. This Issue Had Been Brought To The Company Multiple Times And No Help Or Resolution. Over And Over Again Been Told It’s Being Investigated And Not To Worry , Yet No Help.
    If Someone Looks Into My Records Of Electricity Usage And Bills Never Owed And Never I Had A High Bill Or Bad Credit With Electricity Companies. Please Help Resolve This. Thank You

  • Doesn’t Work on iOS 17

    Upgraded my iPhone 15 Pro recently to iOS 17. App just crashes. Won’t load. Get it right guys and fix this. Worked fine on iOS 16 on my older iPhone 13 Pro. It’s a payment portal guys, people have been using the internet for decades to buy and pay for stuff. Why is this so hard? And I already tried deleting the App and reinstalling. No luck

  • Getting worse and worse

    App used to work and then had an update and I wasn’t able to upload meter readings anymore. Now the app just crashes after logging in. Completely useless.
  • App crashes every time

    I originally had no issues with this App. It was an easy way for me to log on monthly, pay my bill, and review my previous bills. I would have given it 4 or 5 stars. However recently, the app does not function at all. Every time I go to login it crashes and closes, eliminating the convenience of having the app in the first place and rendering it completely useless. All software is up to date in my phone. This is clearly a developmental error and hopefully can be corrected sooner rather than later for the sake of the customers who are already over paying for services.

  • Not User Friendly, confusing,

    In the process of attempting to find bills and or pay for bills, the process is tedious, not user friendly, and confusing. This app navigation takes time, is not self explanatory, and when accessing for example a bill, in the “billing” “Payment” and or ALL sections, and one selects a bill, you can’t make a payment directly on that that bill shown, one has to go back through other loop holes in the app, to find the bill to pay. Also, when looking up accounts, at first glance, it shows that accounts are at $0.00 but when diving deeper through the app system to find specific bills, it shows that actual amount paid and or due. But to get to this important information, one has to jump around the site to multiple areas in the app that say BILL, or Bill Payment, Or payment history. This is not synchronized in any way convient.

  • Terrible

    I haven’t been able to use this app since May. I can log in and see my account but then can’t view edit or modify anything. The app just appears to freeze. Get this fixed central Hudson.

  • Can’t do anything

    Just recently, this app isn’t working. When I open the app, it gives me this frozen-like screen. Can’t do anything not even scrolling. I used to use this app to pay for my bills, but now, i couldn’t. I hope you fix this.
