  • App not working since change to iPhone 14 pro

    Keeps telling authentication failed.
    I did the full thing with the card reader 3 times till it worked for a few minutes then I got the message that it failed.
  • Too Restrictive

    App is so restrictive and now it doesn’t on my IPhone 14. Security features are not practical, can’t send money to anyone, sending codes via mail etc , card readers etc. So backwards no wonder revolut is taking over. Never written a review about app before, this app is so bad I hand to write one.
  • Joke of an app for a joke of a bank

    This app is as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike and the bank itself isn’t too far behind
  • Literally the worst app I’ve ever used

    For a bank that closed a chunk of their brick and mortar premises you’d think they would want to keep the online side of the business running well. Not so.

    Open the app - you need to update to make it more secure

    Click update - there was a problem with the update, you need to logout

    Logout

    Log back in - you need to update app for security made up reasons.

    And on and on in this cyclical fashion. So you literally can’t access your funds. You can’t transfer money or pay bills. What is the point of this app? Are you seriously that strapped for cash that you can’t throw a couple of thousand at a developer and have them sort this whole mess out for you? It’s ridiculous.

    Also, like 90% of others are saying, this specifically is the reason why I’m moving my funds away from AIB and closing my account. It’s 2022, not 1982.

  • Most incompetent bank and app

    This app is useless. AIB is archaic and still makes you use a card reader for the most basic of transactions. The app constantly has errors and locks you out, making it impossible to do literally anything with your account. When you call AIB to unlock or address the technical errors they are just as useless and direct you to go into a branch. If you want to lose all access or control of your money than AIB app is for you!

  • Just will not work on iPhone

    Hopeless. I’ve had this app installed across 5 successive generations of iPhone. I have always updated the app. Unbelievably, during that time I have only been able to log in around 50% of the time. The fingerprint scanner has never worked. And now the face recognition doesn’t work. Just astounding. I can’t even log in any more.

  • App not working

    The app does not work on iPhone. I am travelling outside of Ireland and am unable to do my banking. They were unable to help when I called. This is a big inconvenience.
  • The app is shocking. NEVER WORKS

    Been unable to log in to my own bank account for 2 years now. I have money I can’t transfer or do anything with because it asks for an ‘UPDATE’ each time I try to log in and then ‘fails’ and logs me out again. I have contacted you SO many times to sort this out and have never had any help or even a reply. Your bank is shocking, so behind, and haven’t solved a single problem since 2010.

  • MFA updates broke app in US

    Since the update I can no longer use the app. The one time setup gets stuck at the security update. Have tried verifying via post and card reader but nothing works. Very bad customer experience.
  • Can’t register,

    2 hours spent on registration and id process and after doesn’t let me even end the process. Stop cutting of our registration!
