  • Constant discrepancies between shared lists

My wife and I both downloaded this as it works with Alexa for making a shopping list and the list is nicely broken up by category. I unfortunately we’ve had nothing but annoying issues for the past 6+ months keep hoping an update would eventually fix the problems we’re having as I really wanted to like this. Unfortunately there are CONSTANT sync problems and discrepancies with the list. Things added via Alexa randomly don’t show up, or something added and visible on the computer won’t show up on the list when looking at it on the phone or my wife will add something I don’t see. Disappointed. Might come back if they ever get the sync function to work but after 6+ months of use, the headaches are just plain not worth it.

  • Great UX, DON’T BUY Daily Planner”

PSA: This is a thoughtful review, both potential users and the app’s team should note it.

Before anything bad, I’d like to say their organization and interface is awesome, it’s clean and logical, at least to how I think about task doing.
BUT they try to fool you into subscribing to their “Daily Planner”... please do NOT do this. Once you use it once on the free version, you’ll notice that it doesn’t do ANY planning for you, it has you pick the time for the task manually (although it has some preset options)... so.. you’ve entered in the task, you’ve manually set it’s time.. why are you paying $5 a month ??

@ Developers, what should have been done here was use the same preset options: Morning, Noon, etc. then take those preferences and use them to organize the tasks into time slots. May not fit into user’s preferences perfectly but it could be really good. You were literally so close to making something awesome and worth real money but what you made was literally pointless and actually a burden to anyone who clicks a preset option for more than 1 calendar event because they need to go in and change that.

BTW, is that not false advertising? I mean it is NOT a daily planner, you provide all of the planning information.

In summary, great app if you’re not paying. App devs, hop on an AI tool to do the planning.

  • Not bad, not perfect

I like this app. I use it daily. But the interface on the iPad version gives me fits - trying to set a recurring task there is a nightmare. The “daily-weekly-monthly-etc” buttons take up so much of the screen that you can’t see the other options to set them. I get that this is mostly designed for use on a phone, but a lot of the time I’d rather do my organizing on a tablet where I have a keyboard. (Yes, there’s a version for the Mac. I’ve long since given up on using it.) Not sure I see the point of porting something to other devices if you can’t use it properly.

That said: if you’re just using it for a to-do list on your phone, it’s a very good app for that.

  • Just started but I know it’s gonna work

I’m just getting started because I want to be more organized for 2020. I already like how it is a planner, calendar and has reminders all in one + Siri and verbal notes I can leave myself. Unlike others using apps like this, I have been using three separate apps as calendar, reminders and tasks to do for years. I just never thought to use one app with all of it together. Now I am starting about 3 businesses online and still working 8-5 until the businesses actually are profitable enough to leave the 8-5. This definitely what I need.

  • Energise your day!

I like having an activity list for each day. It helps me to get the important stuff done.
Forget the notes app: this is what you need. This App rolls over an event to the following day if not ticked as ‘done’. This makes it completely different to icalender or inotes.
I get an advisory note if I have recorded 8 or more ‘to do’s’ to cut down on my list to make myself more productive.

  • Good until Due Date feature

Really good and clean app, even the free version... but the feature addition of automatic “due date” at 9am once the task is added, has really ruined it for me. I don’t want auto reminders. If there is away to not have them, it’s not intuitive and as soon as you move or update the task, the reminder is back on. Really bad interaction and way to get “engagement”.

You really need a global feature which is as simple: auto reminders on/off.
Something like this really shouldnt be a premium

The auto-reminders option was added after extensive research and per user-feedback. It has proven to be extremely effective for increased productivity and can be simply turned off in each task's menu. You may also filter your lists by time and use the + icon next to the 'Someday' section to directly add tasks without reminders.
  • One of the Best Calendar Apps

This app seamlessly combines calendar events with to do lists. It combines Apple calendar, google calendar, Apple reminders, and many others in one covinent place! I love this for college, I can make assignments as tasks and pick what day they are due well in advance while having blocks for class time kept in my calendar. I also love that you can “check off” items! My only critique is that once you have marked tasks as completed and the day has past you can’t see the tasks anymore...I would love to be able to scroll backwards and see when I submitted past assignments for reference in the calendar view! Overall pretty happy!

  • a couple tweaks needed to an otherwise perfect app

This is so close to being the ideal calendar/to-do app. No other app that I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a lot) has done as well at integrating to do lists and a calendar.

There are a couple things that would make this absolutely perfect, though. I really like having the monthly view with the dots showing which days have events, but I *really* wish the agenda view below it would scroll. It’s more difficult than it should be to move between dates in that view, especially when I’m trying to find time for an appointment far in the future.

And this seems like a hard thing to do, so I’m not docking any stars for it, is being able to say or type, “meet Mom for dinner at 7 PM at restaurant,” and then having the app put all that information where it needs to be. Instead, the user has to type all of that in the individual date, time, location, and description fields. I’ve tried other apps that have this feature, and it is so convenient. But I’m guessing the tech behind it is pretty complex.

Thanks for the feedback! Be advised that you can simply integrate with Siri&Reminders from your account's Settings to input tasks via natural language :) As to the other suggestions, we will be sure to pass them on to our Product Team for further review!
  • Gets the job done.

I do really like this app. I’d only change a few things. The new calendar layout is hard to navigate and doesn’t always update with the correct month. It starts off with showing the week by default. I liked it better when it used to be the entire month. The second thing is since I got an iPhone 11 pro, whenever I’m editing a task, there isn’t enough padding in between the top of the screen and the bottom shade so it’s hard to close out of the task your editing in. Small things but it would make my life way easier if they were fixed. Thanks!

  • Good but lots of bugs

Would love this app to be amazing but few bugs that no one seems to be able to help with! In grocery list why can’t you move items into other categories - it never works. Help just tells me to make sure I have the latest version of the app which I do...
Would also love the opportunity to make more lists which aren’t task based (eg packing lists etc)
The other bug that frustrates me is that you can’t set it to “WhatsApp” someone and have it open WhatsApp - only does this for text message which I don’t use

    Developer Response

Heya, you can reorder items in the Grocery List by tapping on them and hanging the category. Make sure you have no space at the end of the word nor any special characters which currently cannot be recognised by our algorithm. You can create lists using the Someday category, in which no reminders are present and will not show in your Calendar View or under the Today section. Last, we plan on adding a direct whatsapp integration very soon so stay tuned for updates! ;)
