  • 100% chance of ruining order

    NO SALT MEANS NO SALT! It does not mean dunk salted fries back in the oil and give the customers BURNT, OVER-SALTED fries. Nobody clicks the well-done button for a reason: STOP BURNING FRIES! Hint: those white cubes clinging to the fries ARE SALT CRYSTALS! The most casual glance will tell you that! On to cheese fries: CHEESE FRIES ARE SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE CHEESE. GET IT? Cheese PLUS fries! It’s in the name. You charge a dollar extra for cheeseless cheese fries! Could I pay a dollar extra for unsalted, unburnt fries instead? DRY MEANS DRY. Dry doesn’t mean soggy or dipped! Why are all these features on your app if you’re simply going to ignore them? Oh, BECAUSE YOUR APP DOESN’T WORK AGAIN! Can’t login on the app. Can login of the website and have my order ruined that way, but the app is garbo. Time for another rebuild where you steal everyone’s Points AGAIN. UPDATE: been 2 months, still can’t login to app (website login works). Another lost sale as I order once again from the competitor whose app works

  • Please Fix Update

    The app used to be slightly better, but they updated it and the customization options are all over the place. It makes it nearly impossible to make sure you’re getting what you really want. Like if you try to get a beef with mild giardiniera peppers you can’t order it on the app even though they have it in store. Also the specials for the pasta don’t have any options to add things like meatballs even though it says you can (they also have the the wrong pictures). There’s just a lack of quality control now. It used to be so convenient, but now you’re better off ordering at the store to make sure you can get what you actually want.

  • Terrible app, terrible customer support

    Decided to use gift cards I purchased on the app, so transferred the amounts to the app. Presumably this is to make the experience more seamless. So many extra steps through a poor layout of options, in which ended with the ordering process being unable to process after all the fuss.

    Went in person and tried to use the app to pay, which resulted in the it somehow deleting $20 of the $30 balance. The manager even saw the error in the history of how much money should have been been on the app. She was kind enough to email corporate and CC’d me. Still no follow up.

    Do not use, it’s a pain to set up and use. And what’s worse is if you pay through the app it could malfunctioning and using up funds they want you to add to the account.

  • Great app great food, super pricey

    Consider all your options at this price range but I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience with the restaurant or the app.

  • Good food!

    Love the food and the tea! Delivery is not always accurate and sometimes skimpy on meat, but eat in is great. Would recommend, at location, just not delivery, unfortunately. I hope they work out the mistakes in the delivery, I really like to eat here and delivery charges are $7-8 not including tip. Still, had to give the food, when order is accurate, a 4 because it really is my favorite Italian beef place around.

    Trying to order for pickup. My wallet shows my birthday reward but when I try to check out it doesn’t show up.
  • App is good but just needs fixes

    When it comes to ordering food and getting points it's a great app. It's easy to customize a meal which is important. When it comes to the User Interface and navigation it still needs some work. I would give it a 4 if there was more work done on the app in regards to navigating through orders and menus in different Buonas but besides that honestly a solid app.

  • The app!

    It is frustrating when you just want to view the menu and not “order now”! I keep getting messages to log in when I’ve already done so. I keep get referred to download the app when I’m already in it?
    Please make a tab to view menu only.
