  • Tiktok false advertising

    Been a customer for 10 years. Saw video to download app and get a free sandwich. Instead all I get is spam messages and no reward. Reached out to corporate and was ignored. No big deal just won’t use app or expect the similar reward received at Al’s.
  • Menu only

    App doesn’t have a menu only,you have start order to see menu many times I want to see menu and not order is that so hard to ask
  • Rewards problem

    Whenever I try to redeem my rewards and it shows that I have points the app won’t allow me to use them.

  • Notifications come back!

    I check my notifications, the bubble goes away only for it to come back 5 minutes later with the same notification!
  • Couldn’t Log In

    This app is frustrating!!! I couldn’t log in because the pop-up kept telling me no match. Then I tried signing up again and it told me this email was already in use. So I reset my password with the exact same password and it finally let me in. Great beef, lousy IT.
  • Software is too complicated.

    It’s a great app, but the app menu is overwhelming 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

    There’s no need for over a dozen options to choose from. It can definitely be condensed and group together. iPhone is usually simple enough for a kid or my grandma can use. But this app is too much here.

    So far the redemption of points is great. And can’t see any other areas for improvement.

  • Something is always wrong or missing

    My daughter usually orders and there is always some kind of problem with the order. Today I ordered so I could redeem some of my points. Well the item I should have received for free was not only missing, but I paid for it too. I sent feedback so we’ll see if it’s rectified in a timely manner.
  • Beyond amazing!!

    I ordered New Year's day and I forgot who helped me. But I went to pick up my food and it was SO delicious and the gentleman was beyond helpful! Definitely my new obsession!! This goes out to the Buona in Rosemont off Touhy!!! Thanks again!! You will be seeing me a lot more!!
  • This app needs help

    Hardest app to setup profile and credit card info of any of the restaurant apps. Doesn’t connect with Apple Pay and doesn’t used stored credit card information from iPhone. Gave up using this app because of how clunky the app performs.
