Difficult customizing
It’s confusing when it comes to customizing a burger. The first question is “everything” or “plain” and you have to answer. So it’s contradictive when you want to add certain things or only remove certain items. If I select “Everything” and then have 2-3 items removed, it’s not “everything. If I only want items on my burger it’s not officially “plain”. I’m always worried my food will not be made correctly. Also, when I select recent orders to re-order items it always says “nothing found”. It must be a big because I basically have to customize and set my order again. Awards are great and easy to apply towards orders. A lot of variety to pick from well organized and easy user interface. Just a few things I would love that they fix. Thanks!Show less1evilHoney
You still charged delivery fee Sept 5-10
You guys sent email saying no delivery fee Sept 5-10 but an order via your ap still charged $7.50. Also there is no way to telephone store. You can bombard me with messages on ap and email but I can not talk to a store about my order. Richard Vicek. PS this nickname thing is ridiculousrich000000
Rewards
Anyone else not get rewards points? I went thru drive thru they enter my phone number, app shows activity but not rewarded points.
Last time I went thru drive thru I had them scan phone card in app got points right away. Soooooo what’s up with that??
Also there should be a way to scan receipt to enter points into app after something like this happens or number gets put in wrong.Show lessSuPrMn108
App is super buggy and doesn’t allow you to put in proper delivery address
This app is seriously irritating to try and use. If you order from this app, it does not give you the ability to see the status of your order if you are picking up, and if you order delivery, it does not allow you to track the order from the app. Some major work needs to be done on the app before it’s actually a functioning, easy to use app. Extremely disappointed.Show lessvmb123456
Delivery Pricing
The food is always on and we prefer delivery because we are a very busy family. But I do have to say your delivery prices are way off the standard. I order from the hillside location and I am in Westchester about less than a mile away and you charge me $7.75 on my last order. Please re-review your delivery charges. I always over tip in cash to the delivery driver I don’t think $7.75 is necessary especially since gas prices are down right now and we aren’t paying taxes on the gas. I’ve always been satisfied with my experience with Buona. I usually get take out.
If there was a mistake (we’re all only human…) when I called, the manager made it right or compensated me every time.
Buona is always my first choice for quick food when I can.

Awful
Ordered delivery at 1130. Said it was ready for pickup by the 3rd party at 12. I look outside at 1230, still no food. Called the store. Was put on hold twice. They said it was already picked up but couldn’t tell me if it was by a 3rd party (grub hub, door dash etc) or a store associate. Said they would remake it or refund me. I asked about how to be refunded for the delivery fee (5.95) and tip (3.00) if I come and pick up a new order. Still not sure what is exactly going to happen.Show lessjkartrashian
Cold pizza
I ordered a margarita pizza & a 7 inch dipped beef sandwich online. Went to pick it up 4 minutes after the pick up time. Pizza was cold & my beef was not dipped it was dry. The beef was warm. Very disappointed with being my first time.Cmaniurka
Lunch time customer
This is a horrible Buona during lunch. Bolingbrook Every order we place is missing items. Todays order was cold because the line was so long. They did not even keep the pizza under the warmer.
