  • Online service is good

    Your online service and even when I have to call the PR 800 number I get good customer service. However your do fall is no Zelle access for Tortola accounts to send money to the states and no Móvil to send money to Popular accounts! Further the pan sic is over and you need to let people in the bank not have standing in long lines. You need to fix the drive through so all four terminals are operational and all 3 ATM’s are working. You get a lot of money from the BVI and you need to serve us better.   • Increased font size with recent update

    Although I welcome the larger font size, it is now larger than adequate when used in iPhone. Font size went from being too small to being very large. It makes it easier for anyone to peek over account balance and/or transactions. A moderate increase in font size would have been better.
  • Pending Transactions and Available Credit from Credit Card

    Hello. The new update looks good, but once again lacks of provide the pending transactions on the credit card and most importantly, the available credit in real time. Still have to go to the desktop version to see it. My other credit cards allow me to access that all time. Please, make sure we can access this information on the mobile app. It will be great. Thanks.

  • Apple Watch app doesn’t work

    The app itself works perfectly but I can’t seem to be able to log in into the watch app to view my accounts. It says that I should log in on my phone first but I already did that and nothing.
  • From the mainland I can reach my accounts in PR that are more updated than the ones in the mainland.

    This is the most speedy way of handling my finances. Although I have more national accounts, BPPR is still my preferred bank.
  • Heavy software issues

    Two times i have had the unfortunate event and tried to use the app to access my account to take some emergency cash out just to have the software not let me access my account just to stay on the line calling customer service to be able to fix the issue and have the same issue another day. Not the only person this has happened to but it becomes an inconvenience when you have an emergency.

  • Statement

    Why when I go in to check balance veas 37.
    Now 36. Whst happen To that dollar snd why when I check the statement I don’t see the recent purchases I had 4. And change taken a few months ago. Now this. If this doesn’t get resolved I’m going to the newspapers and getting me a lawyer. I want the date of money deposits and I want the dates and transactions on my statements. I’m tired of trying to figure out what is going on. Maybe you need to find more competent people to fix you problems. I take pictures of every balance after a purchase.

  • It keeps locking you out!

    The app keeps locking you out and forcing you to go through a “regain access” steps that don’t work because the email to regain access does not arrive. You have to call in order to have the account unlocked. It locks you out randomly even when the Face Id log in option is enabled so it is locking you out without even entering the log in credentials incorrectly.

    I’m out of the country without access to a phone number to call without paying absurd roaming fees and I have been locked out of my account twice for no reason.

    Please fix.

  • Doesn’t work well for me

    Every time I log onto this ap on my phone I have to reset my password. It ask me for my grandfathers last name as a security question when I never input that question to begin with. This is the 4th time I have had to log in to change my password. Makes me want to close my account.
