  • Mediocre at best.

    I’m frankly surprised that this app has such a high rating. It doesn’t let me log in with Face ID and it registers the attempt as an invalid password, which results in (repeatedly) locking me out of the account. It force closes when in use, as well. This has happened across multiple devices. From a bank with so many customers that is advertising its online services, this is disappointing.

  • Failed Fingerprint

    How is it possible that my fingerprint is the wrong password? Very frustrating to have to try several times, then eventually have to use my password. Please correct this.
  • Savings deposits?

    Love being able to make checking deposits through this app. But why can’t I make a savings deposit? Also would be nice to be able to transfer funds between checking and savings.

    I’m very pleased that I’m able to view my accounts daily if necessary from the comfort of my home. The two times I’ve wanted to install or re-install this app the Banco Popular officials took the time to help me, especially since I’m not very digitally savvy. Thank you for your patience and excellent service.

    Si bien es cierto que llevo muy poco tiempo utilizando esta aplicación, la verdad es que hay algo que me gustó muchísimo y es la posibilidad de poder ingresar a toda tu información financiera utilizando el Face ID. Pues a pesar de que todas las preguntas de seguridad, contraseñas y todo ello es para proteger precisamente nuestra información y nuestras cuentas, sin embargo no deja de ser bastante tedioso tener que hacer esto constantemente cada vez que quieres ingresar a tu cuenta. Pero todo eso queda totalmente resuelto cuándo tienes un dispositivo que cuente con la función de Face ID o lector de huellas digitales. Así que nada más por eso le doy las cinco estrellas.

    Although it is true that I have been using this application for a very short time, the truth is that there is something that I really liked and that is the possibility of being able to enter all your financial information using Face ID. Well, despite the fact that all the security questions, passwords and all this is to precisely protect our information and our accounts, however it is still quite tedious having to do this constantly every time you want to access your account. But all that is completely resolved when you have a device that has the Face ID or fingerprint reader function. So that's just why I give it five stars.

  • Great bank app

    The app is really good, but can you please it make it so that I can search for the app by typing “popular” on the iOS app search? Right now I need to type “banco”, so it would be good to have multiple search terms. Thanks.
  • Disappointed

    About a week ago my app stopped working, cannot access it on my phone or tablet and I have downloaded all of my updates.
  • Poor self service options. Exceeded waiting time. Support team is not helpful

    You will never accomplish your mission on the same day. Your account will blocked unnecessarily. Customer service will not be able to unblock you internet access without you having physical possession of a bank card and it has to be the bank card associated with your account, no matter if you give them all your info SSN, address no matter if you have a bill in front of you. It is a ridiculous shame process. The worst service ever!

  • Minimal functionality

    The app does the very basics of what you want a banking app to do. It doesn’t allow very high amounts for check deposit and it is not automatically accepted. I wrote a check from one of my accounts to the BPPR account and they didn’t accept it. I had to take the check to the branch. It also doesn’t show an image of the processed check. So you must record all the particulars in the register to refer back to when balancing your account. It does direct connect to Quicken.

    Hello! Monetary deposit limits: $10,000 per check, $10,000 total daily and up to $20,000 on a 25 day period.
