  • Better Card Management is recommended

    Please give us the options to manage our cards from the app. Be able to lock/unlock the cards, report lost/stolen, Trip Notice, and Fraud Notification with options for confirming transactions or denying them. Also, we need a way to see the account number from the app. Let us control our banking from the app instead of having to call for these things.

  • Pending credit card transactions?

    Ok, the app in general could be a lot more functional. It looks good, but it lacks many functions that other banks offer. Start by having parity with the desktop site. Second, when will we ever be able to see pending credit card transactions in the app??? It's annoyingly unbelievable that you can't. On that same note, for checking accounts, stop grouping pending transactions that happen as a net amount called "other" until it posts. Sometimes you need to see the detailed amounts before it posts!!! Please work on that, it's been like this forever and it makes no sense.

    I would like to suggest being able to pay bills , without having to commit to exact monthly amount, or trying to reach a person over the phone. Next I would like to make deposit of check by taking pictures of front and back of check. I was just in Puerto Rico and saw this is a large bank-time for you to upgrade and provide these services. Thanks!!

  • Friendly to use and Reliable

    It is an application in which I have given it for years, practically since it was introduced to Banco Popular, it has been for years, I have never had any complaints about the platform and the application. I'm not complaining and I have nothing negative to say, I just recommend it.

    What I have tremendously enjoyed with my relationship with Banco Popular Bank (BPB) is it’s continuous effort in enhancing security protocols for this client and presumably all BPB member clients. I would be totally surprised if there are unhappy members clients in this regard. Thank you please.
  • I love this app…except

    I wish the creators of the app would make it usable while a VPN is operating on the device the customer is using to check their balances. Other major banking apps allow you to do so just fine.
  • Poor UX

    The app is convenient to a certain extent, especially for those who have grown used to living in a world where everything can be done online. However, the app misses greatly on fundamental User Experience best practices, which makes it extremely frustrating to use hence missing the concept of UX design completely. It may be convenient once you learn to navigate for certain transactions, if you manage to log in smoothly, but both the web and mobile applications have much room for improvement.

    In 2003 I bought a house with Citibank and I was able to manage my mortgage through the internet; schedule payments, add money to the principal and escrow accounts, etc. Now in 2006 I bought another house and can do the same with PennyMac. In 2022 I can’t believe I can’t do the same with BPPR. It is still a manual process where I need to call or send an email if I want add or remove the $100 that I am adding to the principal or if I want to schedule payments before the 15th of each month. Anyways I hope this could change for better sooner than later. Muchas gracias

  • Could be better. Please add a feature to put a note on transfers.

    Transfer function should have a note portion were you can add a short note as description for reference when looking on the transactions.
