Disappointing experience

Being a Singapore Airline product I must confess my expectations were high... but we’re ultimately disappointed. Passport scanner is very clunky, the check-in function displays an error message ‘on-line checking cannot proceed’ whilst generating a boarding pass anyway, which unfortunately can not be used to create an electronic Apple Boarding Pass.
Could do better ! (From an otherwise fan of the airline)

Poor performance

It is slow on every request. You have to press the ‘next’ button multiple times to process through the work flow. I’ve entered my personal details into my profile but that doesn’t flutter through to my booking and I have to manually enter it all again. My flights were booked through an agent and restricts my access before 48hrs prior to my departure

Please improve the App ASAP, fan of Singapore Airlines.

The overall look of the App looks great. But when it comes to filling information (for check-in and buying air tickets) it doesn’t provide a pleasant smooth journey as expected. The app seems laggy, maybe because the page has been embedded from a webpage instead of a fully functional app page? Hope that this can be improved ASAP. I do not like and do not enjoy using the app to search for tickets and check in while experiencing the lags plus slowness...

Mobile App Needs Improvement

Tried checking in using the mobile app. The whole process took more than 10 minutes. It’s very slow.

Aussie Adventurers

On our first leg in an airbus A777, we were granted an upgrade to Premium Economy. This was a real bonus for us, as at 65 years, long haul flights can be a little punishing on your body. The air crew were very attentive, the food was palatable, and the seats comfortable. The 2nd led in an A380 was just as pleasant. We have been travelling the world since 1982, and find Singapore Air is our preferred airline.

👍 best designed but jerky

App is extremely well designed but can be jerky. Long pauses results in errors.

Nightmare making bookings

Tried 4 times. Got as far as payment every time, twice entered card details. It froze before completing each time and I twice had to call reservations to see if booking actually made. In the end had to use a browser. In the meantime prices increased by $500. This used to work, what did you do?

Not great... used website in the end!

Desperately slow and difficult to use..poorly laid out, tried changing seats for furtive flight and app kept telling me I had to pay again for changingseats...even though I’d already paid in the fair to choose seats when I booked! Then it would never take me to the page to pay so gave up, looked again few days later and saw that Id lost my original seat selections that I’d paid for.. 😣 also couldn’t figure out how to check in using the app and got fed up of waiting for the screen to load again every time I click on anything, it’s painful. Gave up in the end and used website to check in & choose new seats!

Can’t even start the app

Ever since I moved to iPhone X the app has been hanging most of the time. On the rare occasions where it worked it would suddenly freeze mid transaction and I have to do it all over again. The straw that broke the camel’s back is this: I’ve not been able to start the app AT ALL for the last two days. Nothing new happened all other apps work fine. SQ, please attend to this as it’s really annoying that I can’t check and book my work flights on my phone and have to do it on the laptop. Thanks.
