Broken with “Sorry, we couldn’t acknowledge your incident”
The functionality to acknowledge incidents without opening the app is broken. Every time I try this on my iPhone 6, iOS 12.4.5 (my iOS can’t be upgraded), I get this error: “Sorry, we couldn’t acknowledge your incident.”
Having to keep the app open at all times, just to acknowledge pages, makes this a much less useful app. It also causes unnecessary escalations to phone calls and secondary oncalls.

Works ok but...
Everytime I need to use the app, I have to open it, close and remove from memory, open again so the menu appears. Otherwise, I just get a ‘yay no incidence’ screen. After I have done this, it works well.ffs nicknames are unique
Maintenance mode needed!!
Can we please add the option to put things in maintenance mode??
It’s hard enough to do it on the computer, please just add the option to put specific services in maintenance mode. Please.Daniel-san16
Couldn't acknowledge incident
Constantly unable to acknowledge incident by acknowledging the notifications. Got message of "sorry, we couldn't acknowledge your incident. Please open PagerDuty app for more information"

It’s just passable. The visual bugs and constant refreshing makes my job harder
Sorry for being harsh because PagerDuty has made my life generally much better. But the iOS app is pretty much garbage right now. It has tons of visual bugs, is constantly refreshing and jumping the buttons and views around for the current alerts and everything takes several taps. Nothing about handling alerts is easy and when you get a lot of them (also a big problem on our end we need to solve) the friction adds up to a lot of frustration.Show lessZarcos
Resolved Incidents view needs improvement
Please update the app so that the Resolved Incidents view lists the oldest incidents first, or at least gives an option to change the sort order. Seeing the most recent resolved incidents would be useful. Showing incidents from 2017 first is not useful to anyone. I'm aware you can search, but that relies on knowing which incidents occurred in advance, which defeats the purpose.Show lesswdhawes
Do not disturb
Need some easy way to get alerts when iPhone is in DND mode and blocking app notifications - like at least provide a small set of phone numbers that I can allow to call/text me, not a massive list of frequently changing numbers that I can’t possibly keep current in my list of favorite contacts.J*Lo
Can’t get push notifications to work
They show up as a notification, but never trigger the correct sounds. I’ve tried uninstalling everything, updating, adding all back. And, the rest links from the website seem to work just fine. But not receiving a push notification with sound at 3am sort of makes this app worthless.mtshane55
