  • Better and worse since last update

    I want to start by saying I’m so happy they finally removed the swipe left to resolve. It was ridiculous and resulted in many times resolving a page because my finger accidentally went slightly left while scrolling. However the current solution is still lacking. When I swipe left the buttons are for some reason not fully interactable and it feels clunky. I have to tap a few times before I see any UI response.

    Secondly, the phone calling has become buggy, for me at least. Even if I decline the call PagerDuty will try calling again. Not sure why.

    Finally, and my biggest complaint, is that when I swipe on a notification on my lock screen to open PagerDuty with that alert, 95% of the time it’ll just say it failed to fetch the alert. No matter if I’m on LTE or wifi. I have to close and reopen the app to see the alert.

  • Easy to use, new features are good

    The new mobile schedules functionality is really intuitive. I also like that the app now supports automated grouping of alerts as it has significantly reduced noise. Makes on-call life much easier!
  • Version 5.42 not working

    Was on ios version 12.1 upgraded to 5.42 app can’t open. Upgraded ios to 12.2 app still doesn’t open. Deleted app then reinstalled app still doesn’t open 🤘
  • 5.42 crashes on iPhone 7+

    After update to that version can’t open and use the anymore, it just crashes.
  • Change for changes sake

    App has been fine for years, and then they decide to place the resolve and ack/snooze buttons next to each other. Why?

    It’s not an improvement. It’s frankly a regression. If you make pointless changes they’re usually supposed to make the experience better right? Instead of worse?

    Whatever designer thought this was such a clever and brilliant idea, you should ignore all their future thoughts imo.

  • Incident View is left adjusted

    Hello I just updated pager duty and everything in the incident view is skewed to the left.

  • Disappointing and going downhill from there...

    When I first got the service was very much looking forward to it. Worked reasonably well. Today pages show up 15 minutes or more after the event. The application itself has improved but not enough to compensate for the deteriorating of the overall service. We now use another service and are MUCH happier.

  • The schedules screen regressed

    The schedules screen has reverted back to the old style of only showing a day’s worth. What happened to the calendar view? Please bring it back
  • Schedule Reverted back after latest 5.29 update

    I loved the new scheduling feature where it displayed the calendar and I could view who was on-call. After the 5.29 update, the schedule reverted back to the old way of displaying the on-call which displays only a single day.
  • PD mgt need to get grip on Staff

    Hardly a professional start to release notes unless PD has been taken over by Disney? Can’t really recommend this to my management as we’re looking for fully professional enterprise suppliers. Shame as product seems to meet most of our needs!
