  • Can’t login

    Consistently getting an error. So fairly useless.
  • No working anymore

    Was never too good, but now has stopped working completely. Cannot log in anymore. Frustrating

  • Wants a little change

    ALDImobile is the best and cheapest plans I have ever seen. I’m happy with the prepaid recharging system. One thing I want to change is to add Pakistan in the unlimited calls and texts because most of our relatives and friends use ALDImobile and they also wish the Pakistan to be included in the unlimited package. We will be grateful and recommend it to everyone if you add it to the unlimited countries.
    Overall it’s the best mobile service. Love it.

  • Get new developers, please

    There’s nothing unexpected about the unexpected error! We have numerous iOS devices and not once have we been able to log in on any of them via the app. What do the developers use to test their app, an iPad 1 or perhaps they just get the same error and think it’s funny. Please Aldi, this is just plain embarrassing for your otherwise excellent brand.

  • not a 4 star app anymore.

    used to be a great UI.
    all of sudden a brand new UI with ugly and messy presentation.
    Much laggier than it used to. The process of app connection had gone so much slower and it is buggy. i.e. cant even view invoices. and has failed login attempts, or even it refused to load my account balance and i had to reopen the app.
    it is a shame to see this is happening while i did have a great experience with then previous UI and its good additions this one just wont even meet the lowest satisfaction.

    Also worth to mention, all of a sudden my 60+ GB accumulated rollover data are all gone and I will chase it up.

    I dont know why the dev team cant pull it together and just stick to what is working and focus on building better app experience on that.

    And finally, this app need to follow single signon framework where users can stay logged it when they get redirected to the aldimobile website. There is no reason why a logged in user need to reenter their creds again.

    Thats all. who knows what next!

    So disappointed! :-(

  • Can anyone actually use this app?

    Several updates in the last year don’t appear to have made the blindest bit of difference!
  • Very attractive

    Just done my first month with ALDI. Very happy. Great service. Great interface. Now just set up three SIMs as a family package. First experience suggests this was set up as a add on package. The app does not seem to recognise this plan, let alone give a running total on data remaining. This is the bare minimum required! Be just great to see this addressed in any forthcoming revision. I REALLY like the family pack idea, and think ALDI are on a winner with it. But it does need in-App support! Please!

  • Unexpected error

    Same here, I can’t log into the app either
  • Good navigation, no usage tracker

    This is my second month with Aldi. Coverage is ok, I’ll get random drop outs intermittently, but overall it’s pretty good. The pack prices are phenomenal for the data you get, but my one gripe is that the app has no usage tracker for data. I topped up with an extra GB twice on my ‘L’ plan, haven’t been watching videos or any other huge data guzzling sites to my knowledge, but I’ve run through it within a day! Without the data tracker, I can’t see how it was used so quickly to prevent it from happening again. Hopefully this will be feature added in future updates.
