The app is easy to use with the info at hand BUT with multiple account options to make my payment, there is no indication of which bank is selected. “Preferred method” is there but if I switch to another account I can’t confirm that a “non-preferred” has been selected/is active.tr3Yzi11@
It does not work
Since the last maintenance mazda did a week ago, the app has not worked again. I always get an error when trying to log inCar 09

I have never had so much trouble paying - I don’t which is worse chase who sent my initial payments to my house or Mazda that I need to give my first born to make a payment - I would prefer the coupon book from years ago, plus how dare you charge a late fee when I didn’t even have the car and my date is on a weekend .

This app is a pain
I want to pay towards the principal, but there’s no way I’ve found to do it on the app. It says you have to mail them or call to make payments towards the principal, but their phone number just doesn’t work whenever I try to call them at 12:20 central time on a Wednesday. And to mail them you have to have your account number, BUT SURPRISE, there’s no way to see your account number on the app. I just want to be able to give these people my money without having to pull my hair out.Show lessEJ_765489
Dysfunctional just like their website
Biometric login doesn’t work. Half the time the app and website are down for maintenance. Runs extremely slow. Aggravating for a major car company to not be able to have a smooth functioning app to pay for my carTheLeminator
Slow, buggy, non responsive
Face ID never works, never remembers my password, can’t see all the details of my statements because “something went wrong”. Just overall a very poor design. Confusing payment histories without enough details to be helpful.Planefreak10

Login issues every month
I make two payments a month and I have issues logging in every time. I’ve enabled Face ID but it seems to magically turn itself off every month and my password has to be reset constantly and the process is tedious. I’m just trying to pay my bill, it shouldn’t be this difficult.Love me some penguins
