Terrible
I’ve been trying for weeks to log in and I’ve been unsuccessful. It’s just a blank white page 🙄 If I could give zero stars I would!!!!

Terrible
This app is terrible! I have tried to make my payment a few times and every time I open the app I get a white screen and nothing else. I deleted. So much for having the convenience of paying through an app 😔 this app seriously needs some major improvements.

App is stuck white screen after entering creds
App does not work. It’s stuck at white screen after entering the login creds. It’s does not go past the white screen even after waiting for minutes. Needs a better work on the app.

You only have one job!
I’ve always used the website to make payments but for some reason it never remembers my PW so I have to create a new one. So I decided to get the app in hopes that it will save my Information and all. Once I logged in with my credentials, all it shows is a blank screen. You can’t do anything with it, so I had to log in through the website again to change the PW again to make a payment. Mazda you are better than that!

Apparently this is the norm. I log in and get a white screen. Why have an app if it is unusable?

Not good
This app is awful. I tried to make a payment on the app and the screen was stuck on loading for about ten minutes. So I closed the app and then tried again and the same thing happened. Frozen for ten-fifteen minutes. So I closed it out and thought I would try on my browser. I got a confirmation on the website. I look at my bank account and they processed all three payments! But I didn’t get a confirmation for it. Now the app is just a white screen and I haven’t been able to get past it for weeks. Face ID also doesn’t work on the app. They need some serious glitches fixed.
