Awful app
The functionality of this app is so tough. It simply doesn’t work that well. It resets itself constantly. There are days when you can’t even login. There are so many bugs. Please fix it.scottlm78
Never able update address
Trying to update my address after moving, but was never able to do so either through the website or the apppandasum
Completely worthless app
Never recognizes Face ID. Always complains something is wrong with their server. I’ll stick to making telephone based payments.JustMy2Sense

Worst ever
I’ve literally never seen such a total failure of a financial app. Nothing works. Beware you could end up REALLY screwing yourself over in this app. Payment screens can give errors looking like they failed, and then you enter them again to try again only to find that your request actually went through and now your payment is being entered a second time.
Recurring payments is a joke. Let me know if you ever figure out how to make that do anything. I tried it several times and got failure messages each time and was about to close out of the app and give up and realized at the last second that it saved my scheduled payments THREE times. So, yeah, it was going to make triple payments on the next due date.
There should actually be a liability suit against Mazda Financial for putting this dumpster fire of an app out for people to use. Of the user interface is this bad I can only imagine how bad the cybersecurity of their system is.
Use beware!!! Go refinance with some other company that has a decent app and payment system!Show lesskwoodrin
Fix select option for bank account
When u select bank account that has been saved previously won’t work please fix it . Have to enter everything again . Account number and all details saved bank details can’t be used . Thank youAQUA ShoTz
Biometric sign in issue
Face ID not working. Every time i need use credentials. And worst thing is its sending 2MFA code to email, not as a sms. I hope developers will fix that asapHasanMammad
Fix biometrics
I hate how every time I want to sign in . The Touch ID never works because it shows something is wrong with the biometrics . Please fix that I’m I tired of always typing in my log in .and most times it typing it in doesn’t always work It says try again later . Fix your appBlackMigo15
App on IPhone
Trying to update information on IPhone is impossible. The app will not show a keyboard to use and if you get it to work it will not save anything. Mazda Website is just as bad. Never had any of these issues when Mazda used Chase for finances. Need to fix ASAP. AND NOW WHEN TRYING TO SEND THIS REVIEW IT WILL NOT LET ME SAVE A NICKNAME. Getting a white screen
Like other recent reviewers logging in takes me to a frozen white screen. Another problem is my user name has initial caps and on an iPhone at least, the app won’t let me use initial caps.Derf1287
