The worst support I’ve ever seen.
I used to be able to send money but it asked me to provide identity verification. Fine right? Nope. The verification failed multiple times and then locked me out saying I had too many failed attempts. I cant send money now because it just wont let me. I contacted support and they are utterly useless they keep telling me the same thing to go to security and privacy then “identity and verification” which is NOT AN OPTION VISIBLY THERE ON THE APP. I’ve i’ve tried telling about this but they’ve sent me over 20 and I’m not joking over 20 emails, telling me the same steps over and over which are not possible because the option is not there on the app. i’ve been emailing them back and forth trying to tell them and they are not listening. They are not reading my emails. I’ve contacted the support through the app and which has also been useless. And they keep telling me to submit pictures of my passport, which I already have done on the link that they sent me when the verification through the app failed. not to mention that they tell me that I have to be 16+ to use Cash App but and all other places on the app it says 18+. The number isn’t available to ring in the UK. I’ve tried ringing it it doesn’t work. I never really write reviews about stuff, but the support I received on Cash App was that bad that I had to leave a review.Show lessedenboi
Best application, I recommend everyone
I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but i really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz.
Unfortunately for me, I invested 65,000 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 240,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But i didn't realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency, funds with the help of talkwealth_with_afnan on Instagram So i file a report and she was able to help me get back all my lost funds within two weeks i feel indebted to her. I love Cashapp!
Cashapp makes it fast and easy to send and receive money. I also love the saving feature, where you can set a goal and add money to the savings and Cashapp will calculate the amount you need to save to reach your savings goal. You can also do the round up feature where all of your purchases will be rounded up, and the money that is rounded up will be added to your savings. Another feature that I love, is that you can borrow money from the app and when you pay back what you owe, eventually the amount that you can borrow will be increased. Not everyone has this feature at first, but be patient because the app is working on adding it to all Cashapp accounts. I haven’t ever had a hacking incident etc either, like I have had with other apps and in fact every penny that is spent gets reported to you so that you can keep track of your money. So what are you waiting for! Go and download the app, it will make managing your money so much easier! On top of that, there are also other great features that I did not list! I waited a long time to do a review on this app, because I wanted to make sure that it was not an app that starts off great and then becomes frustrating and useless.
