  • Choices

    I feel at these prices we should be able to remove more than 3 items from our box. Also, more questions of what types and colors of clothes we like or dislike. If this exist , I don’t remember, then the stylist needs to look at it.
  • Dislike style for price

    I feel like the clothes I’m receiving is nothing like what’s depicted in the adds on Facebook. Those adds show cute outfits that match. All I’ve gotten are various pieces, and in styles I’ve already told my stylist I don’t like. First box was cheap materials for expensive prices.

    I have been super happy with my boxes! My stylist listen to my wants and avoids things I have shared that I do not like!

    Didn’t like the choices sent. Will not allow me to cancel my subscription. Take too long to receive and process a return. Very disappointed

    I was so excited to get my first box but when I got the preview nothing interested me at all. Nothing went with the cute styles that I said I liked and that I see on all their ads. I asked to decline the shipment, but was told I might as well accept it since I already paid the $40 styling fee. Guessing this will be a one and done for me.

    I’ve used a couple different styling companies and this one has proven to be the best. The only reason I didn’t keep the entire box was because it wasn’t quite in my budget to do so. My very first box I absolutely loved that I liked the pieces I kept and they could be interchanged with each other providing me more than just two outfits.

  • Pleased so far!

    Easy to use the app, plus you get the discount for using the app rather than the website. I’m hoping my first order is styled right as I put a lot of information in it. I will probably give it a couple tries and see.
  • Couldn’t get size right

    JUST COULDN’T GET THE SIZE RIGHT!!!! I got this for my wife. She sent in her likes and her size (medium). She received items that were on her I do not wear list and were size large (way too big). We returned everything and they kept the $40 for picking things that were the wrong size and style. She sent in for another order thinking we could correct this. Paid another $40 asked for medium instead of large. We received the second order and it actually had clothes we would have bought but in size large so wayyyy too big. We cancelled the service and asked for the $40 back since they were unable to pick items we could actually buy ( the reason for the $40 pick fee). No response and they basically took me for $80!!! This seems pretty simple she wears a size medium and asked for a size medium but twice they sent us size large. Baffling!!

  • Customer Service

    The stylist has never responded to any of my messages in the “ convenient” messaging service. Also, they do not offer picture ideas for outfits from the clothing they send.
    The letter from my stylist offered ideas from clothing pieces that were NOT in my box ( although the letter stated they were)
    Overall nice clothes -overpriced- just don’t expect much from the company or service.
