  • No soup for you !!!

    Hey when you have great food people will continue to come take for example the soup nazi on Stienfeld so my point is that when a restaurant worries enough to make quality food it really isn’t the service or condition of the establishment that keeps a customer coming back. Plain and simple it’s the food ! Hey if you’re having trouble with a application Or the WiFi convection that is a problem because it’s only a distraction from enjoyment of eating quality food. In the past we didn’t worry so much about if a app was working or if our overall experience was bad due to being frustrated when we are hungry so that being said get rid of any problem that might distract from what is important the reason any restaurant is in business for satisfying a hungry person and getting paid ! Please keep up the good work with repairing a quality tasty meal and if a app is going to take away from the overall experience of getting that job done I suggest that these people should eat their phone or internet and see how it tastes!!! Thanks for the great food!!!

  • Getting worse, not better...

    I live FB but in my last two visits I got what I never used to... a No. No more rye bread. How can you do a patty melt without rye bread!?! Sourdough! Ugh.

    Secondly, I appreciate that FB normally didn’t mind minor substitutions. Recently during Passover I stopped in for breakfast. Flour is forbidden during Passover which lasts for 8 days, and there were no acceptable substitutes for bread other than more bread like pancakes.
    FB should think about this as I will think twice before coming here during Passover again.

  • No more gravy or breakfast bowl :-(

    After driving 11 miles from San Pedro to get my chicken breakfast bowl with my partner who also wanted the same breakfast we were informed that the items we ordered were no longer available. There was another person that also wanted to order one. I hope farmer boys changes its decision I want biscuits and gravy when I go out for breakfast not necessarily every time but I like to have it available I get cravings for it so I sometimes drive all the way to Arthur’s in the city of Orange just for biscuits and gravy that’s over 30 miles from my home. Growing up in orange we had some great food and I truly appreciate farmer boys and had a great bacon burger this morning. I also had chili fries they forgot to put the onions on them no big deal my friend ended up ordering a Cobb salad with crispy chicken and it came not crispy but grilled. Once again we both just ate her food and we’re not happy that the menu changed so drastically there wasn’t even an alternative that was close to it.😩

  • Last Time as a Patron

    So there I was craving a fried chicken breakfast bowl with over medium eggs...I have had this numerous times and crave it...I walk into my Riverbank location and find out they no longer carry it because it is not a popular item. Then I have to settle for a breakfast burrito, one to eat in and one to take out, as my wife ordered an eat in platter. Her platter shows up and my burrito is MIA...so to add injury to insult my order gets jacked up and they no longer serve my favorite breakfast item...now here is where it really gets good...it’s 7 AM and they have the air conditioner on full blast and blowing on my wife’s food...the crew is seemingly unorganized too busy doing prep work to even address my concerns...all I can say is Bye Felicia...no longer will you receive any of my greenbacks!

  • Eastvale/Mira Loma location

    The only reason I gave a 2 is because the food was good. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. Started in drive thru When I ordered one sandwich and she said my total was 8.07 I was not done ordering btw. Then changed my order and she said ok, get to the window and she never changed the order. It just starts there, had the order wrong, didn’t give me my change and never gave me my drink. Then as I was waiting I was watching a manager clean the excess ice and throw down below. Then use the same cup to fill up ice and drink for another customer. Then I was told to go around and wait in front for the rest of my order she brought out my partial order and I asked for the rest. She was very annoyed with this. It was very disappointing service tonight.

  • Farmers Boys App

    Note: Farmers Boys App isn’t working while connecting Farmers Boys WiFi last night, I was very worn out and hungry that night, two counter worker tried help settings on my iPhone and it won’t work....I was waiting stand for about 30 mins...even I showed my ID it was my b-day 50th Golden , as I was ready ordering but somehow the workers still working on my iPhone setting n WiFi connected good but Apo isn’t working bec no Code...I was puzzled and upsetting...I don’t understand why the workers focusing on my iPhone for 30 mins....what the heck? I have big patience and waiting.....so I decided to leave,
    I cannot believe the Farmers Boys workers show no empathy on me....seem they like to toying with my iPhone....something isn’t right and they did doing the big barriers on me... Farmers Boys App is No Good, (Sighs)....Star one!

  • Good idea , mediocre implementation coupled with ZERO customer service

    Isn't the idea of an affinity program to reward and not to blatantly abuse frequent and loyal customers?

    It's the second time that I'm unable to scan receipts for supper only because I also decided to have breakfast here on the same day.

    The first time I flagged this via the "help" link it took one week for me to give up on them (they never respected the deadlines that they themselves set to respond via email). Really poor customer service.

    This time I've flagged it again but not without writing a review to forewarn others that you cannot expect the people who create and manage this app to provide customer service on a level any where close to what you experience at the stores. In fact , I've rarely experienced worse.

    This isn't about the brick and mortar location - they're awesome. I've rung the bell and thanked the staff of your Rancho store on several occasions and wish that I could express a level of enthusiasm for the app and customer service. Sadly I cannot and will think twice before visiting any Farmer Boys store twice on the same day!

    Once a day - until I develop other habits and then maybe less.

    There is competition out there and i regret that you've pushed me into their arms as a result of your affinity app. I'm only one customer but I assure you that there are others who feel the same way as well and choose to remain silent about it whilst taking their money elsewhere.
