  • Frustrating

    The Just Energy app, is the most irritating app there is to try to use. Most times it does not work. I also dispose having to type my address and everything in, every time I make a payment. I understand typing my card information in, but some of these fields could be saved in my account.
  • App Has Terrible Issues

    This app needs serious work on it as well as the website and I don’t even know why I have it on my phone because I can’t even login half the time. Not worth downloading to view anything. It’s best to attempt to website. When it’s not acting glitchy and questionable.
  • App is Horrible/Service issues

    No stars. I have been trying to get an issue resolved with JE and was told ONCOR will have to investigate. I spoke with a representative from ONCOR and was told JE is buying time. Nothing I was told was true. An error with the billing and service address and I started calling in March 21, 2024 as of today still not resolved. Was told it will take 30 to 45 days 😳😳. Didn’t sound right. Wasn’t right and no one has called me to get it resolved. Automatic system is utter trash. I’m not happy with none of this. 😡🤔😕😡

  • Junk app

    Okay so this app is the worst I have ever seen. It takes forever to make a simple payment and the app does not want to scroll down to put in information and then when it gets to the letter verification thing it will not put info in and the customer has to keep trying and keep trying. I recently had a payment come back for some reason and now I have a additional $40 charge. Please get this fixed asap or I will happily go back to green mountain energy (y’all save me maybe $10 a month compared to green mountain but the app headache makes up for that) I never had issues like this with green mountain just FYI. Thanks!

  • App always glitches

    Everytime I try to make a payment, the app does not scroll down, I click on the next bubble to input card number and it scrolls back up etc. It is very annoying.
    When it comes to the verification I input the correct letters and it just refreshes a new set of words to type in which is so annoying when I am trying to make my payment on time!
    Takes me about 20 min to finally get the payment done all because the app glitches and does not function properly.

  • Shame On Just Energy…

    This “app”, like their website, proves that Just Energy is exclusively interested in sub-brokering power and nesting sales for other services like water filtration, not consumer satisfaction, nor facilitation of transaction-based services. Amazingly, the same is true for their call center non-sales agents, who do not listen, except in cases where you provide your banking or credit card info to set up “auto pay”, which ironically sums up their business model. Invest a little money and time to impress your customers, or you will surely lose them to other providers like GME, TXU and Cirro, who all have exceptional applications for their consumers.

  • GET ANOTHER APP DEVELOPER!!

    between every bad review i’ve seen, i assume we all pay on average, say, $200 monthly?! multiply that by how many other people use JE, and y’all still can’t develop a better app?! the second JE app is actually worse than this one, i’m baffled, it’s been three years. i35 has gotten more work accomplished on it than this app has, which is insane considering they’re under ONCOR.

  • Unoptimized app, Unoptimized Website.

    I will switch providers solely on how ridiculously poor the payment systems both are. Can’t complete it on either UI’s. Please update your user interface. I have to use my desktop every month to complete the payment. Make a mobile friendly experience… and adding Apple Pay wouldn’t hurt either
  • Worst App on my iPhone

    Here we are at the end of 2023, and this is THE ONLY app that won’t let you copy and paste bank/credit card information into the required fields to make your monthly payments.
    It also won’t take your password from your Keychain. So, out of all the financial apps on my phone, this is the only one where I have to keep passwords and account information written down on a sheet of paper.
    If I didn’t have to pay my electric bill every month, this app would be deleted from my phone, never to appear again.

  • Use to like it…

    I used to like the app when it worked. But lately either I can’t enter my credit card information or it doesn’t let me submit the payment or it doesn’t let me login at all. 👎🏽
