Needs A LOT of work!
This app is the least user friendly one I have on my phone. For example, when paying your bill, you must enter your name and credit card info EVERY single time. You sign into this app, it knows who you are and stores your account info. However, it still requires this information to be manually entered. Every other app I use to pay bills with is more customer focused/friendly. This leads me to believe Just Energy is not focused on making life easier for their customers. I will be switching when my contract is up.Show lesslaurenwoo10
