Won’t load money
Keep getting a message that the option to load money isn’t available right now. I’ve tried with my WiFi and without it, doesn’t matter. Overcharged me 3x when I used my credit card. Very overpriced anyway. No option on the washers to select a smaller load. Very inconvenient, will have to go to the laundromat instead. I think the positive reviews are from friends and family.
Update: washers and dryers are all marked $3 but the machines will charge $3.25 or $3.50 depending on the size of the load, that should be clearly marked. Dryers are crap and I usually have to run a regular sized load through twice in order for it to completely dry. $6.50 to dry one load is ridiculous. Pro tip: do not put your laundry detergent into the machine until after it’s actually running. These machines are unreliable to connect to your app. Can we bring back quarter machines? At least they always worked.

it was easy to do. i downloaded the app out in my info and money and BAM. clicked vend machine and didn’t even have to touch anything really. esp during this quarantine it’s very clean in here and the app makes everything easier to work with.
Easy to use
Easy to use and pretty straight forward. The only thing I hate about this app is that it does not save your card information. Every time you need to upload money to your laundry card you have to retype all of your information and it gets old after a while.

❌TERRIBLE APP!❌ Does not tell you what washer/dryers are in need of repair. You have to close & re-open the app every time you need to start another washer/dryer. If I could find the laundry card I would use it. When you have to re-load the app for more money, the ❌TERRIBLE APP ❌does not save your info. But it’s $15 for a replacement. therefore I use the app now. If there was better app to support the laundry room where I live I would use that one. Well only if it was better then this ❌TERRIBLE APP! ❌

Great app
the latest version fixes all the bugs and issues like user get notify when cycle is complete,Look and Feel of application is changed, good to have quick search for machine.

The nuts and bolts of the app work great and are pretty simple to use.
It doesn’t seem to notify me when a cycle is complete even though of have that option turned on, so I have to log out, log back in, then go to the machine and select “keep track of” to get a notification. Minor annoyance.
