So far it’s great!
This app really helps making laundry in a public place better. I know before I leave my apt if I can even do laundry. I also know when is done. And j no more worrying if I don’t have my debit card or the machine not accepting it. It’s all from the app!
Awesome Laundry App
This is so convenient to not have to take gather up quarters and take them to laundry mat. Not having a washer/dryer at home is inconvenient in itself this app just makes it a little less of a chore so thank you Paycycle for making things a little easier!!
Bad
The app is always off. It’ll say my load is ready when there is still 20 minutes left. Sometimes it’ll say my load is still 40 mins in when in reality- the load is DONE. What’s worst than the app is customer service. I emailed customer service 8 months ago. To this day, I haven’t received a response. Also, even when the dryer door is OPEN AND OBVIOUSLY OFF- YOUR DRY TIME WILL KEEP going down. Awful.

It’s ok
The app works most of the time with the washers and dryers at my place and reloading with Apple Pay is really easy, my only real complaint is that the built in timer for the washers is way off. The cycle takes 30-35 minutes but the timer is set for 10. I emailed them and let them know and I was told they would take care of it but nothing has been done so far. ~2 months ago.

Unreliable. Forget getting a refund.
I have mixed feelings about this app. When I works it’s convenient. Especially during this “coin shortage.” But about 25% of the time it doesn’t work. Sometimes it says it can’t connect. Other times it deducts the money from your total but fails to start the machine. Forget getting a refund for these charges. Phone support directs you to their web site. But when you submit a refund request you’ll get an email shortly after saying they don’t refund money.

Convenient!!!!!!
Very convenient and easy to use! I hate having a bunch of changing so being able to quickly reload from the app with my card is a major plus! With more machines connected it will be even better.
Works ok, needs standard features
You should be able to save your billing info. It’s ridiculous that I have to entered every time. I stopped using the app and started using a credit card instead because of this.

At this very moment I am standing in front of the dryer trying to use this useless app and it’s not working. I have received an error message that it is “unable to connect” and the app takes your money and you have to wait on the slow company to get your refund. You’ll be better off going old school using quarters. Something so simple yet it’s a huge inconvenience and rarely works!

Useful app!
It works thru bluetooth, not wifi. So the further you are from the machine, the further the signal lowers as with all bluetooth devices. The app and machine connects seamlessly, no problem here. The only downside is that you have to reload it by $5s only, I wish I could do $1s instead.
Barely works
Even though it is supposed to be controlled by mobile you have to still be by the washer/dryer in order to start the machine.. which is not convenient when there is no WiFi in the basement of my apartment complex. The app quits on you with a bad signal so I have to run up and downstairs in order to get a good enough signal for the app to work. Not user friendly
