I have found that communication with our butlers on WhatsApp is better. Ana will send a daily update, which is fantastic, so we never need to go searching for much.

Not very useful
It also wouldn’t let you make reservations in the app. The concierge was nice, but it was a pain having to leave the beach and go up to the main building just to find out there weren’t any seats available multiple times every day. If I could check on the app, it wouldn’t have wasted as much time.
Not all the food places were listed in the app, and because the map wasn’t helpful, it was very difficult to find restaurants.
I would also love to be able to see daily activities in the app. They were listed on a TV screen down a hallway off the lobby, but it wasn’t helpful when I was at the beach or pool and wanted to know what activities were about to start or what shows were happening that evening.
I think unless the app is updated, Iberostar would be better off printing daily activity sheets for guests like resorts used to, or at least sending them via email. Guests expect to be able to easily access daily information without going up to the main building and waiting on a concierge to tell them verbally.
