Best HIPAA compliant texting app ⛑
Easily the best HIPAA compliant texting app out there. They even have the ability to send SMS message to patients.
I have been using it with my doctor for a few months. It’s so convenient to schedule appointments and send health updates. I used regular texts before but privacy was a big issue so I always felt like I should delete conversations with my doctor. But I had my text notifications enabled so any text with sensitive info could pop up on my screen at any time. Who wants that?
OhMD is a great solution. It is updated regularly and support is fast. Thanks to the devs for a job well done!

Helpful App for Patient-Physician post op questions and concerns
Excellent texting app that keeps info confudential. Easy to use and a great way to contact the physician with questions. It is non invasive, meaning you can answer when convenient, which I think is helpful for the phhysicians and their asssitants. As a patient it is comforting to know I can get answers to questions without having to make an appointment and knowing that it is secure and confidential is also a comfort. I wish all doctors used this platform!

My therapist and I have always had great text communication. Since she Began using oh Em Gee I am pleased with the privacy aspect and I’m also glad that this allows her to be more efficient and save time so she can help her patients because I enjoy working with her I know her time is valuable she helps me a lot thank you

The only problem with this app is you can’t remove conversations

I really love this ap. It makes it very easy to reach out to my son's doctor without having to rely on someone else to convey messages! I work at a hospital and have recommended it the practice!
Constant notifications
I like that I could communicate with my patients but I don’t like the constant notifications even though the conversation was over
Loved it until now
It was a wonderful app that made it so easy to confer with my children’s doctor. That was until this week when the app won’t open no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall it. I will change my rating when it is up and running.

I hope this becomes a precedent for all medical offices. Saves me money from having to go in when symptoms can be easily diagnosed and addressed with staff I trust!
So convenient
Love being able to ask our pediatrician a question at night or on weekends, knowing she can respond as she is able. Happiness with the app likely depends on the doctor but ours is A+!
