App Glitch
Just downloaded the app today and logged in and went to go use the app again about an hour or so later and it’s stuck saying log out and then presenting a blank white screen and never going back to the login screen. I’m having to uninstall and reinstall to get logged in again.

Face ID won't work
This is an easy to use app and I use it quite frequently. However, every time I go to enable the Face ID, it gives an error. I called the Lincoln website support, and they said they could not help me and suggested that I write something on the App Store to try to get this problem solved. Any help would be appreciated.

App issues
App was great until the biometric sign in stopped working. It will ask if you want to use Face ID then say there are technical issues. Wish they would fix it
Disappointing to say the least
Unable to log in consistently using Face ID. This feature used to work most of the time, but as of late it only works about 10% of the time when logging in. Since this latest app update it has not worked at all. Very disappointing that this issue cannot seem to be resolved.

Worst financial app
This is by far the worst of the financial applications I have used. It is extremely slow, and the login is a joke. Biometrics work about 10% of the time and do not often pass from the app to their web authentication. Another 40% of the time it errors out.
The lack of professionalism in this app really makes me apprehensive to have my money invested with Lincoln.

Malfunctioning App
This used to be a great app, but now it hardly ever works, no matter how many times you load and reload, even with the most updated iOS. They need to get to work on this as it has been malfunctioning out for months.
Money thiefs
Worst insurance company, all they want is all your money without covering you for anything. They just want you to pay them and never ask for any coverage.
White screen
Whenever I log into my account, all I get is a plain white screen. Figured it was just loading the first time, but I had the app open for 5 mins and still just a white screen…
Functionality Missing
The snapshots advertising the functionality for viewing investment performance and supporting documents are missing in the downloaded app. All I get is a balance history graph.
Constant Error Messages
At least half of the time that I log in it doesn’t offer my Face ID or I get errors.
