User Friendly!
Very user friendly mobile device that allows me to check my balance, make contribution changes, and see performance information at the click of a button! Can also request assistance from an RC right from the app as well. Once Lincoln updates their form capability to be fillable from my mobile device, this app will earn 5 stars in my opinion!

Gets the job done...
I see some negative reviews, but I think they are people who are reviewing their own employer’s 401(k) plan. Not the app. Your employer chooses your investment menu people. Not Lincoln. The app is designed to show you important things and offer some pretty good tools to use on mobile.
Works Great!
I find this app very user friendly and intuitive. I typically only check my balance, but have spent some time on it modeling my retirement income and the paycheck impact calculator. I also really like the fact that when I wanted to increase my contributions it was not only easy as 1 click but it also showed me the impact on my paycheck and the positive impact on my retirement. I have also found their customer service team to be very very friendly and knowledgeable when I call in.

An App in name only. Horrible.
Read other reviews and still downloaded to see if it could be useful, it was Not! Appears to be a simple shell app as other reviewers also noted. It did have one consistent feature, locking up every time I tried view investment options.
Lincoln should be embarrassed to release an app like this with their name on it. Other Brokerages must be laughing at them and the reviews they are getting. Lincoln should have followed Franklin Templeton and not even have bothered creating an app unless they know it would be seen as offering something of value to their clients.

Awful
I have never written a review but was motivated by my frustration. This is an utterly useless app. It provides no information other than my account number. It directs you to the website for all other account specific information or actions, but this is similarly useless. I think the main website has been under construction for years at this point. I have to keep a checkbook just so I can pay my balance to this one company which remains rooted in the last century!

Will only show balance
Had this app ever since we opened a rather large annuity account with Lincoln. Don’t know where the screen shots came from in the App Store but I haven’t seen them yet. All I can do is see a balance. I have tried from day one to get all statements email delivered only to fail to do that. Always ends up with an error page that’s frustrating. For such a well established company I was expecting much better. My small local bank has a much better app for on line banking than this. I know it’s not the end of the world because the app is probably still in development stage but even logging on to the full website is no better. Hopefully this will improve soon. I haven’t placer a phone call to support as of yet but there has to be a way to get the info I am looking for.

Literally the worst app I’ve ever used
I never wrote an app review before. This app takes a real 5 minutes to load on my phone. All it really provides is a number with a decimal point rounded to two digits.
It’s the fault of whoever tried to save on hardware expense by putting far too much on the user device. Buy some servers and make it all dynamic with the ability to link to more content. How can you be that cheap? You make a ton of money. Get second hand hardware or something. Figure it out. Everyone else has. Ridiculous.

Wow...
This app has a low budget, not really an app developer type of feel. No features of an iPhone app. If you’re just checking 401k this is at best ok for that. But it’s not going to be a quick check since there is no Touch ID, no option to save login information. With that there is no widget or Siri compatibility. Find a better app developer, make it feel like an app you wanna use, a good app makes people wanna spend more of their hard earned money with you, even if it is for their future/retirement. It sounds crazy, but it’s definitely true. Food for thought...
