App needs a lot of work
It has the basic information I’m looking for. But the app is painfully slow to load. And it’s very clunky and cumbersome to navigate. A major overhaul/update is needed to improve the functionality and become more user friendly.

This giant company has the worse app and website of all the companies is this category. They are very behind. They sound like an old fashion company that doesn’t really want you to know much of what’s going on with your money. The app doesn’t work, then you go online and after wasting your time, you have zero idea of the performance of your money and of each investment company !! Frustrating , it’s 2021 guys !!

Quick and easy
Information is the app is easy to understand. I can quickly do what I need to do and everything is on my phone. Perfect!
Below average App
Please update your app. I’m a fan of quick and easy apps. I’ve used other financial apps from other companies that have found a way to make their app easy to log-in to. It would be great if there was a simple finger print security feature that allows us to open the app with a fingerprint and then brings you right to the main screen with the balance showing. I like to check on my finances often and having to put in a lengthy password each and every time gets frustrating. Please make a quick and easy option to log-in with a simple finger print.

Frustrating
App is terrible. Constantly have to re-enter login info like it’s the first time I’ve ever logged in (extra security questions, multiple login pages). That’s when the app actually works. Half the time I try to log in and it gives me an error message, or I’ve put in my user and password but doesn’t let me click on “submit”, which is exactly what happened to me just now after updating the app. Honestly can’t wait to transfer my retirement from this company as it’s such a hassle to access my account.

Truly useless
0 stars, really. I’ve never reviewed an app, but I couldn’t help myself. The negative comments in the reviews I read are so true. On the bright side I found myself laughing as I read them.
Can’t view investments, performance, etc. Just a pie chart. A little unsettling that a company managing billions of dollars develops such a poorly functioning app. Worse yet that they ignore the concerns of their clients by failing to improve the the app’s function.
Obviously not going to change anything, but had to share the feedback.

Login doesn’t work. Worst app I have ever used.
How does a company in charge of people’s financial assets get away with making an app that users can’t login to? I wrote them about the issue of the enter button not working and the two factor authentication screen being entirely unresponsive and got no reply at all. Even when I used to be able to get in it was the worst coding, worst layout and UX of any app I’ve ever used. I want to quit my job just so I don’t have to deal with this BS anymore. No care for the customer at all.

Still haven’t fixed your app?
My company has had your service for a few years now and I downloaded your app the day we hired Lincoln financial group. This app has been a nightmare form the beginning, yet you still have not fixed any bugs. I have changed my password almost every time I’ve tried to login, just to get kicked back out of the app. my options are very limited on as well,I can’t even check to see that my beneficiaries are on my account, come on guys fix it already!

Solid app
Easy to use and change contributions and see your balance. For the guy complaining about buying stocks, your ability to do that is determined by your employer, not who the plan is with. I’m able to buy stocks in my 401k because my employer allows it.

Love this mobile app - easy to use and everything is at my fingertips to manage my retirement plan with confidence. Helpful tools and resources and thoughtful design! Easy to not only increase my contribution rate for the new year, but also set up automatic increases to make sure I stay on track each year. I recommend the automatic contribution increase feature which is a great tool!
